Waterside restaurant is located along Narmada canal at Adalaj between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
Though its about 15/20 kms from both city centers, location and ambiance is big plus for this restaurant.
Food is OK .. Service is also Ok .. nothing to complaint and not great as well.
Place is good for couple, family visits but not good for bigger groups as they don't have larger place to sit together for more than 15/20 people.
One last thing, many reviews suggest that its costlier but our cost was less than 300/pax .. may be our organizer got some discount !!

Radhe in sector 21 is really good with many varieties of sweets with panipuri and chat counters in the same place adds to its appeal !!
Despite being in close vicinity to Pooja Parlour Radhe acts as treat to taste buds as they both compliment each other and one visiting that area would love to get carried away !!

In Brief-
Good:
Location - very good
Ambience - Good decor and Interesting lighting.
Hygiene - looked clean
Food - very tasty and well presented
Bad:
Accessibility - Ultimate Disaster!
Tired and hungry we checked the TA reviews and this looked tops. Turned out to be a good choice.
Location
In central location near to the government offices. It's in a mediocre shopping area.
Ambience
Good furniture and decor. Nice materials and lighting with good use of natural looking materials. There is a large semi open roof top area. There are two AC area with glass walls. Music is bearable but the usual TV with cricket was there. This is always a distraction for the waiters so we told them RK change the channel. The toilet was clean but completely inaccessible from a wheelchair.
Food
Excellent preparation, quality ingredients and good flavour. We had a paneer dish, some jeera rice and some dal. Apart from the jeera rice being too oily the food was tasty and in good proportions. The best part of the meal was the stuffed mushrooms. This was excellent. The chaas turned out to be more of a lassi but it was well prepared.
Service
From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent. Very kind, polite and attentive. Seeing how Gandhinagar was generally very low class we were expecting less of the place.
Accessibility
This is where it is a complete disaster. I have never seen a more pathetic lift system. Surely the point of having a lift is so people don't have to use the stairs? Well this building managed to have a lift system installed that opens on a landing IN BETWEEN each floor!!!!! So whichever floor you were on you had to use 15 steps to get to the lift. Not only this the steps are narrow and the tiles slippery.
The architect must have paid a considerable bribe to get his degree because he must have been an illiterate imbecile. This building does not comply with the building regulations and infringes all sorts of safety norms and laws.
The main outdoor Seating area had a very interesting floor which would be a serious trip hazard to the elderly, youngsters and just about anyone. Uneven wooden poles with small round loose stones in between. A complete no go for wheelchairs.

children liked pizza and sizzlers here. manchurian was excellent.
Overall nice restaurant with dim light in dining place make things more enjoyable.
positive things: - ready to serve staff, good quality food, hygienic preparation and less oily food stuffs
negative side: paobhaji not served on saturday and sunday. big group gets less space to sit at.
overall nice for food lovers at Gandhinagar and surrounding area.

I traveled 15 km specially to eat at this place, and for that reason alone i think it was not worth it, But if you stay in Gandhinagar or near it, than probably perspective changes. This is in house restaurant in Naraynai Heights Hotel, Hotel itself looks nice, it is near Apollo hospital. But this place was just average. looks was ok, kind of traditional feelings., But biggest turn off for me was No Non-Vegetarian food.
So we have to try vegetarian food, I found it average, Nothing that great. So for me, it doesn't deserve for next visit. But if you are near this area, than i suppose you can give it a shot one time.

During my visit to Gandhinagar, my local team recommended this restaurant for authentic Gujarati food. We all ordered for Thalis:
1. The items in thali were limited... Nothing great to talk about
2. Every item on the thali had an overload of Sugar... Just not edible at all. Even the curries were over sweet...
3. In the end they served small gulab jamun and trust me... You can never had a bad gulab jamun than this one anywhere else...
Not recommended... Somehow managed to eat 2 phulka and came out
