For those who prefer to eat early, know that dinner doesn't begin service until 7 pm. Since we weren't staying at the resort, we relied on the hours open posted here. The bar was nice to sit at for a cocktail while we waited. Their rum punch is strong and very tasty! As others have said, this is a set menu, but you get a choice of 2 mains for dinner, and then receive soup, salad and several sides on your main plate, as well as a dessert choice. The food was quite tasty. Service was friendly and relatively fast. I'm glad we read reviews and looked at pictures, to know that this was a dressier place than most on the island.

Fabulous beach side dining with fresh seafood, premium ingredients, an awesome wine & cocktail list, and great personal and attentive service.
Another year on and still bloody perfect there should be a + ratting on here.
This year we brought along two extra friends with us from the uk to share our yearly visit to the paradise of Tobago and this wonderful restaurant, the service is perfect and the food is even better what more can I say apart from congratulations to the team at the Seahorse Inn your service/food is far one of the best on the Island and we look forward to our next March

We only went here once, but it was excellent.
Pizza was authentic, all ingredients fresh, and absolutely delicious. The pizzas are quite big, so consider this when ordering. The only tiny criticism was thet they brought our starters and pizza at the same time. It was lovely though.
Staff were excellent, very attentive and friendly.
Will be visiting when we go back next year.

Really interesting but not extensive menu. Like all restaurants in the area, expensive for what it is but excellent quality food and very good service

A brightly coloured gem of a spot well known for fresh foods, friendly service and great views in a setting of locally made handicraft, art, jewellery and clothing. We are nestled in the village of Lambeau near to Scarborough Tobago. Our decor is that of a rustic and handmade finish with a natural atmosphere for those that enjoy the beauty of nature.
While driving through Lambeau Village we spotted Sure Thing café .It was the first Saturday in the month and there was a craft market taking place . We had a walk round and ended up having breakfast which was lovely fry bake and salt fish...MoreThank you Cynthia, Was so happy you dropped back into Shore Things, you got to see different aspects of whatever offer and you were able to enjoy the space. Thank you for your review and we look forward to seeing you soon again. Thanks Giselle

We dined here twice during our stay in Crown Point which shows we were happy with the food. Tasty and large portions. Service was friendly but a little inefficient- forgetting to take orders, starters served with mains, incorrect dishes etc. Worth going but double check your order and if you feel you've been left waiting a while, make sure they haven't forgotten you!

We were a group of 7. The restaurant is set up for less than 20 with a big screen. The chef did everything himself, including the wait service. The food was delicious and the presentation was superb, world class. The chef was so personable and talented, his photos and verse grace the walls. His end of meal thank you would have made the meal memorable in its own right. Please go, you wont be disappointed.

Great place, with natural atmosphere and ambience. Fine local and international dishes. Good selection of wines and drinks and professional service.
This restaurant is one out of many on the beautiful Island of Tobago, at this resturant you can find a tasty crab and dumplings in a unique style at any hour in the evening, likewise other great selection of dishes . I must say that service was also one out of a million , beautiful people , beautiful smiles .

Influenced by his worldly exposure to restaurants in Europe, Asia and North American Chef Curtis Duke offers a fresh and edgy take on modern, local and Caribbean cuisine. His dishes not only delights the taste buds of his customers but shows creativity, imagination and attention to detail to each dish presented.
My husband and I ate at Makara during our recent trip to Tobago. What a beautiful meal, view, and experience. One flat note, the curried crab and dumplings appetizer at Cafe Bistro Mesoreen was superior to the one at Makara. All else about the experience was great.
We were presented at the start with tiny spoons, amuse bouches—don’t know what they were, similar to sushi, magnificent. My husband had the soup of the day and the catch of the day and thought that both were phenomenal: well seasoned, perfectly cooked. I had the pan seared garlic prawns, plump and simply delicious. The show-stopper for us was the crushed pepper-rum cocktail with mango. If you like a bit of heat, you must give this a try. Natural anti-depressant!
