Hotel/ restaurant located in the city centre of Aalsmeer, 5km away from Schiphol airport and 20 km away from Amsterdam city.
We had a nice familydinner, the restaurant was not to busy, what was nice for my mum (she hears badly) The waitres picked up, my mother was having her 92 birthday, the made a dessert special for my mum (we didn't asked for it) Thats with restaurants in smaller cities, the care more about there guests. The service and food were very good.

Bistro De Pimpernel opened its doors back in 1985. Over the years, the restaurant has grown into a true concept in Hoofddorp and the surrounding area, under the careful management of Raymond and Tanja Ruijg. The bistro is an informal French specialities restaurant with a menu which changes with the seasons. The restaurant also boasts a very extensive wine list. De Pimpernel is open every day from 17.00 pm except Sundays.
The first time we dined at Pimpernel, Raymond warned us against ordering too much. Boy, was he right!! From the amazing soups and appetizers through main courses prepared with nothing but the freshest ingredients and incredible skill to desserts which should be illegal, Pimpernel is a superb restaurant. Not at all stuffy, and almost luke duning in the home of a friend, I encourage anyone who wants a special treat to dine here.
Went twice, and left on both occasions eager to return.

Property built in 1910 with a old dutch style architecture & character.beautifully decorated interior very comfortable Seating with a relaxing ambience.
I've ordered several takeaways whilst away on business. The Delivery service is very reliable and the food is always well packaged and delivered hot. However the quality of the food is really what impressed me, having eaten in 'many' Indian restaurants in the UK I would certainly rank the Himalaya within my top ten. A fantastic all round experience.

Went after a colleague suggested it for a business dinner and ended up becoming a regular! Small family 2nd generation restaurant. Simple and typical Napolitan interior which feels cosy and welcoming. Offers a broad selection of authentic Italian cuisine, spot on wine suggestions and an extremely attending team that is genuinely looking to ensure that you will leave satisfied and visit again. Ask for their Grappa options instead of dessert..

A beautiful spot at the lake, that is Westeinder Paviljoen. Within 15 minutes from Schiphol airport at the lake called Westeinderplassen can we cater for any occasion. Whether it is for lunch, snack or dinner. The numerous possibilities offer facilities for the business market as well as for the parties and group festivities. The kitchen is French with a modern twist and our goal is to serve honest and good food at a competitive price. The warm ambiance, direct at the lake, is our pride. From here you enjoy the beautiful views over the water. Sunset is spectacular. Our tables have heaters so you can enjoy even after sunset. We are looking forward to welcoming you at the Westeinder Paviljoen!
I've used this restaurant several times over the last couple of years for dinners with groups of 20 or more people. Food and service have always been good. The restaurant seems to be easily divided into separate areas which helps give a sense of conviviality

This is how it's done. Friendly but competent staff. Superbly interior: not too cramped, not too spacious, stunning view. The chef welcoming his guests personally. Amazing food presented even more amazingly. Superlatives don't do enough justice to the place to describe it....

This restaurant is set up in the old TV studios of Endemol.
You can find everything here.
Tasty Chinese buffet food. Sushi buffet. Kids corner. And of course the wok and japanese buffet were you chosen food is freshly made.
Even a pizza/lasagna and shoarma is possible and made in front of your eyes.
Of course, the dessert buffet is also there with plenty of choice.
Soft drinks and coffee you can take yourself, wine and beer at the bar at extra cost.
For families with kids an excellent place.
You pay depending on how many hours you stay.
For kids fantastic, because they can choose themselves and don't have to sit all night.
For the smallest kids there is an playroom with TV and games.

Been in The Netherlands countless times and finally found this gem. Homemade bread. Awesome traditional Italian starters. The real jewel in the crown is their beef. Been in Italy many times and Buoni Amici has the best tagliata we have had anywhere.

Having recently moved to Kudelstaart we decided to try our most local restaurant. Although located on a beautiful lake, the restaurant does not have any views apart from the road. Lake view seats would greatly enhance the attraction of the establishment.
The restaurant has a really great homely feel about it. The waitresses are extremely attentive and friendly with the owner also involved in the serving etc. Even though it was our first visit, and that we are obviously not from the area, we were looked after in a fantastic way.
The food we chose was a set menu of 5 courses. Each was prepared really well and provided a superb blend of Dutch and French cuisine. It was of a good volume and very tasty. We met the chef and could certainly feel her enthusiasm.
All in all a real nice evening meal and we left feeling one of the family.
We will definitely return - a lot!
