For the $5 entry fee for this attraction, you certainly get your money's worth.
Very interesting collection of old buildings from a bygone era, all staffed by volunteers dressed in period era attire.
Quite fascinating to wander around and explore and listen to some of the volunteers tell the history behind a particular dwelling.
We ended up spending 2 hours here, so we definitely got our money's worth.
Probably one of the best $5's I've ever spent.

Trees Adventure is Australia's premier Treetop Adventure experience. At our Grose River park you will have all the familly from 4 to 75+ swinging, leaping, climbing and flying through the forest from 2 to 25 meters up in the trees allowing thrill seekers and nature enthusiasts to experience the trees like never before. Come in and spend 2 hours choosing from 8 courses with over 110 challenges including 19 flying foxes! Bookings are essential! Open Tuesday - Sunday, 9am - 5pm. Closed on Mondays but will be open during School and Public Holidays.
We've been to Treetops (various branches) many times but this place is great, firstly because it's quieter, secondly because the staff don't look as harried as they do at Treetops, thirdly because unlike Treetops there is a cafe on site which is great because as parents you're watching for a long time.
The ziplines however are not as far off the ground as Treetops and for the beginner level, there are only two courses. Probably better suited to younger kids. There are more advanced courses but a parent must go up with them.

This is the oldest church in Australia still in regular use and is well loved by its parishioners. Friendly volunteers "man" the church every day providing local information and delicious Devonshire teas. The old graveyard alone is worth the drive out from Windsor to explore.

Great place to catch up with friends on a Sunday and take your dog for a walk. Simons is a great place to eat however it can get quite busy but definitely worth the wait. Personally I love the Dad and son who sell their local produce each week at a reasonable price.

This guy is totally unreliable and quite frankly the rudest business owner i have ever met. Booked and paid in advance for an hour, called to say i was 20 mins late, and would only ski for 40 mins of my paid time - he...MoreI am disappointed you were treated that way we have purchased the business and are the new owners feel free to give us a try we will certainly look after you regards Mark

What a fascinating historic home! Our fantastic guide brought the place to life, she happens to be a very dedicated volunteer. All staff there whether paid or not were charming and informative. The little shop was well stocked with interesting items and we appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee.
If you enjoy delving into the past lives of others then this is the place for you.
