Located just behind the the tall tower at Centre Square of Samedan .
After the changing at locker room , there is a large spa pool with 35 C and 40 C section.
(would suggest sign board requiring guests to clean themselves in the shower before going into the large of hot spa . )
Next level is the 3 stages of steam bath from not do hot to section .
Next level up is resting area with tea and water .
On the roof top there is a small open air spa pool with 35 C temp .
Concept and set up is good as there are massage services too which we did not try .
No bad to do end a few hours after a long day's walk for a cost of CHF 36

We went to the alpine resort village of St. Moritz and enjoyed the cable car ride and breathtaking views of the snow-covered Mountains.
Considering that St. Moritz has twice hosted the Winter Olympics, we decided that the world-championship downhill ski runs were a little too challenging for us. However, we did enjoy some cross-country skiing and the amazing mountain scenery.

Very nice walk from Pontresina, ca. 8km through valley and forrest. Horse taxis also operate so every few minutes you have to step aside to let the carriages pass -- but maybe that´s less in shoulder season. Of course that´s a very nice option for elderly or walking impaired guests to visit this beatiful valley.

This mountain pass in eastern Switzerland is enroute from northeast Graubunden canton heading southeast to the Engadin valley of the upper Inn river. At a height of 2315m, the road through this pass is treacherous with many sharp turns and hairpin bends but at the same time the scenic beauty is phenomenal. East of the pass, on the Engadin side, is the large ink blue Lake Albulasee. Drive carefully but at least once in a lifetime.

It is such a great feeling that everyone should try once. A trekkingtour high to Ross over even higher Mountains. In small groups, with funny and cheerful guides, the exciting exchange of life and great horses in this unique nature. The Engadin River Ranch in the Engadine, near St. Moritz, makes this possible. Short Trips over 1 1/2 or 2 1/2 hours, day trips or More-day trips, a colorful assortment and something for everyone, whether beginner or advanced rider!
I can only recommend this stable! The horses are really well looked after and absolutely wonderful. Before we started we got asked for our measurements and our experience. We then got told about our horse's character, what they liked and disliked and how best to...MoreThank you very much! :) We had a great time with you and the Horses and hope to see you again!

we rented (E-) bikes from the hotel on two occasions to explore the wonderful Engadin. the bikes were in perfect condition and we had much fun. Better avoid up-valley trips in the afternoon as there is a very strong headwind on most days that makes biking a real challenge!

Muottas Muralgl is built high in the Mountains and can be reached only by train, cycling or walking. There is only one Muottas Muralgl and if you are in the Engadine Valley then the experience of travelling up to this hotel, restaurant, viewing platform and hiking gateway into the high Alps above St Moritz is not to be missed. I had lunch here with some good friends who appreciate and can afford the better things in life, they loved the gourmet food ( we had Venison) , the restaurant table we were allocated allowed a view of St Moritz, and the lakes to Silverplanna and Italy beyond. After lunch we marvelled at the View from the modern totally refurbished viewing platform and hiked to view Samedan Airport far below. The train runs every 30 minutes and is an experience in itself as it climbs steeply up the mountainside allowing commanding views all around. Costs about 25CHF return, your arrival point station is newly refurbished as is the Romantik group hotel, Restaurant, and luxurious outdoor Terrace. There’s a children’s play area, free use of Blacksea type sheltered reclining lylows, mankind hiking trails are signposted from here through the Mountains. Visit Muottas Muralgl, you will not be disappointed!! It’s just awesome, seeing is believing!!!

We decided to have a massage and use the spa facilities (mixed) along with the indoor and outdoor pool. Swimming out of the building into the outside pool when it was snowing was a great experience and what a view! Really good public facility and I can't recommend it enough!

This is great to see when its snowing. Very busy with skiers and snowboarders. The first funicular goes from St Moritz to Chantarella which is right near the town center. You then board another one from Chantarella to Corviglia. You can stop here or get on the cable car which takes you to the top at Piz Nair where there is a restaurant and you can walk around it outside for some great views. Check times. When we went, its the same price in the afternoon to go to the top as it is to go to Corviglia. Well worth the trip.
