Went with French friends. she is 89 and he is 87. A great place just to sit, have a drink and watch the surfers. There is good handicap parking available. A nice beach for the younger folks.

A great experience, face to face with nature!!!! Leaving from Givrand, you will paddle with your family or your friends on a calm river without flow, accessible to everyone! The ride will lead you throught various typical landscapes within a protect area (Natura 2000). You will sail in the heart of the marsh, crossing Forests and dunes. You will also have the opportunity to explore the city of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. We offer some excursion form one to four hours and overnight excursions in July and August.
We hired a canoe for myself, my husband and our two girls and a kayak for our daughter and we all loved it. There is a two hour route or a one hour version, we chose the two hour and really enjoyed it. The equipment is well maintained and the river is quiet and calm making it perfect for visitors with younger children. Really good value for money.

We visited Vendee en Miniature on the one rainy afternoon of our visit to the Vendee region. It was the perfect family activity for such weather. The miniature village is a surprisingly large and atmospheric exhibition and is exquisitely designed. The couple who designed and made it took almost fifteen years to complete it and the results of their work are stunning. The level of detail in the buildings, accessories, landscapes and characters is to be admired. We thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend a visit here.

Feeling Forest is a leisure park since June 2005, found activities for all ages and all occasions ! Located on Avenue de la Parée Préneau at Saint Hilaire de Riez in Vendée. From 3 years old, with friends, family, colleges, company, associations... To spend a perfect day, choose to lunch at our Bar Snack or in our Picnic area in the shade of pine trees. After being fitted with a harness with safety ring and gloves, our entertainers will introduce you to the activity of an introductory course so that you discover the basic safety actions. You then have access to ropes courses under the supervision of our trained operators.
This place would be worthy of 4 or 5 stars if it wasn’t for the absolutely dreadful food service offered. The ropes courses were very good and the 2 members of our family who did them enjoyed them a lot. The rest of us stayed...MoreHello ! Thank you for taking time to leave your opinion on our park. Your remarks concerning the snack were brought back to the direction. We're sorry.

A nice small beach where families gather. Lots of small children play in the shallows as older ones dive from the platform placed offshore every summer (removed on Oct. 1). Well-guarded with daily flags for safety and water temperature. Also, a large enclosed pool of salt water (refreshed with every tide change) where both children and adults enjoy protected swims.

Nice amusement park for children on 8000m2 of land in the shade of pine trees, inflatables, electric quad circuit, giant ball pool, boat Mississippi .Nouveautes 2015 0a3ans little space and mini train for children. Drinks and snacks on site. Free admission for accompanying adults and children - 90 cm
Absolutely brilliant place for kids. Our boys loved it!
Loads of bouncy Castles, some massive ones that are really high, very impressive.
There is also a small train ride which they run every 20 mins when the bell rings, this was very popular.
You only pay for the kids, adults and babies are free, and it was only EUR 8 for each child for as long as you want to stay.
Also you're ok to take a picnic in or get good there.
Overall an excellent day which the boys loved!
