Les sommêtres is a rocky ridge up to 1,079 m high. it is well-known among climbers and offers an impressive view from the summit, which can only be reached on foot. the path is steep and some parts consist of steps carved directly into the rock.

They do amazing work with old horses. They need all your help and support as this does cost money. Will visit again!

Initium offers a complete immersion in the fascinating world of mechanical timepieces. Its ambition is to reveal the secrets of watchmaking, an ancestral skill which over the centuries has become synonymous with an entire region, an entire country. Lessons in theory and practice from a master watchmaker help you pierce the mysteries of a mechanical movement. Screwdriver and tweezers in hand, experience the unique thrill of seeing the beating heart of the watch you assembled come to life. Find out more about the range of Classes and choose the one for you.
This concept is unique and without doubt very cool. You discover a beautiful place in Switzerland (Le Noirmont). You learn how a mechanical watch works and then can choose the components of your own watch and assemble it !
The staff is very nice, competent and professional.
Amazing experience and not so expensive if you compare to the price of a similar (with the same components) branded swiss watch.

We went for their beer tasting. The bar is on one side, and behind it's their factory. They also have a little shop where you can buy their beer and little souvenir. We enjoyed their beer tasting with some small dishes of cheese and dips. It's a very relaxing atmosphere, and you get to feel at home. BFM beer is well known internationally as well it was nice to be able to see where it's made. Worth a visit if you are a beer lover!

The micro-brewery BFM started in 1997, driven by the vision of its owner M. Rebettez, and had really grown! They make many speciality beers, and the tour ends with a beer tasting. Count 2 and a half hours for the visit, and the tasting. You will need to call ahead, and make a reservation. But you can even just taste their beers: they have a small bar and Terrace.

Was invited there by a Swiss client to run a 4 day seminar.
Hotel is mainly a sports infrastructure-spa, with many people coming and going, only present for the day, making this place feel like a gym or a public space. No cosy hotel feel here!
Service is good but functional.
Rooms are clean but basic, with only relatively small windows. The bed quality is ok but the pillows are too soft. Bathrooms have a shower (with a shower curtain - although very clean, I don't like these!), a toilet and no amenities.
Restaurant is ok but nothing special. Feels like a canteen of a sports club.
The spa and pools (1 large indoor and 2 heated outdoor) are good and clean.
The location is very 'nature': grass, fields with cows, hills, long walk and bike trails.
I wouldn't go there neither for a seminar neither for 'relaxing' holidays.
