Although interesting, the museum is in serious need of a refurbishment and cash injection. I am sure they do the best they can but for the price you pay this is not a great day out. That said the Gardens are well kept and a pleasure to walk round

So after being recommended to come here I decided to book! I wish ild saved my time and money. After being seated we ordered two drinks well after the awkward waiter finally asked us if we wanted a drink. Got that then ordered our food - food comes and the order is wrong when the waiter had repeated to me what I had ordered! Then for the rest of my afternoon I had the awkward waiter hovering around my table keep apologising. In the end it made me very uncomfortable and the food was nothing to rave about.
Shame really as was really nice inside and great views.

My son (aged 8) went to a paintball party here yesterday. All the kids had an amazing time and are all desperate to come back! The course was apparently fantastic. Lots of places to hide out and ambush the opposition. Great games and lots of fun challenges. The hot food after was an added bonus. The kids loved their Marshall - White Mask, you are the best! - and I'll certainly be asking for him later this week when I book my own son's party. Can't recommend enough!

Really great spot for a beer. Less than 5 minutes walk up from the station. Alan the Landlord is a very friendly guy and made for a very pleasant visit. Good range of beer's and decent lager as well. Would definitely go back again.

At home in Kent with our feathered friends. Owl and hawk experiences booked in advance at the Beautiful Quex Park Estate Birchington. Photo shoots available. Ring Delivery for weddings. Schools and supportive care visits.
My husband purchased an Owl experience online with Falconry Southeast at Quex Park. We took our Grandson to see the birds and we were not disappointed. The staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming. Great with Children and very approachable. Flying a barn owl with our Grandson was amazing. We also flew a Great Grey owl that was everything and more from what we expected. Such a wonderful experience for children. We have now booked again for a hawk walk for my husband and I. Thank you so much for the time you spent with our Grandson.

Great for kids and toddlers although there is zero supervision or control from staff as that is left to parents. Shame that some let their kids run feral to the endangerment if others. Decent day out.

A stunning 18 hole mini golf course like no other, themed around Quex parks heritage landmarks, Set in a tranquil environment with water falls streams and even ducks, and after your round of golf why not enjoy a tasty ice cream or waffle in the onsite ice cream parlor.
Visited her a few times now and each time we have such a laugh at how bad we are. Can be busy at times but then that comes down to its popularity and reasonable price. Easy free parking which is a great relief as the rest of Thanet are trying to rip visitors off with parking prices for everywhere.

A day's tutorial in lampwork bead making - 5 stars for Jo an excellent tutor who designed the course to fit our needs and abilities. I think it is absolutely addictive. Looking forward to going again in slightly cooler weather :)

The Pre Raphaelite painter Dante Rossietti is buried herein . Which warrents a visit .Easy to locate adjacent to the church. I think the nearest parking is at the other end of the main street Alpha Rd approx 10 min level walk . The church looked in good order but unfortunately not open on the day we visited (Wed). Took pics but unsure how to submit them .War memorial to local men well maintained. will try visit when open if i can find out .
