The restaurant is a perfectly restored villa from the early years of the previous century. The decor strikes the perfect balance between luxury and ambience, creating an atmosphere which is quite formal but still unpretentious, cozy and elegant. The restaurant's creative cuisine has been awarded many times and promises to impress you with a brilliant parade of re-synthesized Greek cuisine The chef Gikas Xenakis is one of the best proponents of the New Greek Cuisine movement which now attracts the most talented chefs in Greece. His philosophy is one that combines a calm but confident control of the modern cooking techniques with his memories of traditional home food cooked with the best and freshest ingredients that the sea and land of Greece offers. At Aleria you will enjoy Greek fine dining in wonderful surroundings in what is considered as one of the best value for money restaurants.
I came here to try the 7 course degustation menu with matching wine, priced very reasonably at around 100 Euros. The food was fantastic, with a lot of care taken in the presentation. The wines perfectly complemented each course and the staff spoke reasonable English. Only downside was that I was hoping to also have the cheeses at the end, but after waiting more then 20 minutes they still hadn't turned up, even after chasing a few times. So I decided not to have the cheese. But despite that one negative this was still a great place and well worth a visit.

A meat restaurant where you choose the meat you want and they cook it as desired. Environment is simple, you need Reservations for a Saturday night. Staff is polite and efficient. Apart from meat, they also specialize in pizza and rissoto. The banoffe was very good, good wine list, worth one visit not more. Has nonsmoker's and smoker's sections.

Very good ice-cream and some great traditional Greek sweets. They've raised the prices lately, but still is fair enough; hope they won't raise them again, that would be really bad.

Last couple of years I tried to have dinner in this place but somehow I always come in wrong time when they are on holidays. Luckily this time I made it :).
In the meantime they earned another star.
This place is amazing. The food was excellent, even more than excellent. Presentation of the food was super creative and feast for your eyes and mouth :). The stuff is very nice and take excellent care about guests.
It is not the type of sterile Michelin restaurant, but rather place with the soul. The menu is excellent with 14 dishes. It takes time to enjoy it but it is worth it.

Stani specializes in dairy products, and the yoghurt there is amazing. I could eat their yoghurt with honey and nuts every day for breakfast. We went once and had a great breafkast and returned a second day because we loved their pies as well. The crusts they make are fantastic.

Wine Restaurant / Modern Brasserie / European Mediterranean cuisine / Creative Gastronomy / Fine Dinning
We had the Athens Wine Week Dinner and it was very good, particularly the wine pairing. A great experience was the Malagousia from Samotraki, an of-the-beaten-tracks wine displaying the typical blossom scent of Malagousia, but also an unexpected minerality and complexity on the palate. I knew Gentilini's Robola and the Muscat dessert wine from Samos already, but I was not aware of how well these wine go with the food that they were paired with. The (too young and therefore still a bit too oaky) Santorini wine also was an interesting choice. The food was great, beautifully arranged and displaying a great range of aromas, which were greatly harmonising with each other..
The ambiente is modern and a bit cool, but nevertheless cosy due to the very pleasant lighting, the music IMHO a bit too mainstream, but that's a matter of taste. Staff was attentive and affectionate, prima inter pares being the sommelière: extremely competent in her job and amiable as a person.

An excellent restaurant, with descent prizes and real traditional Chinese cuisine.
Sundays you may also choose from a rich buffet
Sometimes, especially during weekends, it gets noisy though, as families with young children fill the place.
Smiling waiters, willing to help you enjoy your meal is a plus.
Need a private car or taxi to get there

St. Andrews Square in Lambrini is a Buenos Aires or Mexico sized Square, huge for mid town hellenic standards. The Church is overwhelming but clumsy byzantine. The square is stringed with eateries: pizza, local kebab, cafeterias, italian etc. The Labrinaki is a bright little jewel offering a fine variety:we tried leguminous salad, fries, ,blackbeans, grilled mushroom, mince meat or kebab skewered or plain (pork, veal, chicken) of characteristic good quality and preparation. It takes a little time since it has an vibrant Delivery facility. Attentive waiting and a friendly ear - sensitive to complaints or suggestions. It is not a cheap thrill but definitely worth looking for it. Has not succumbed after three glorious years.

I went there following a recommendation of a local family.
Pros.
They have very good quality of meat. I eat a lot of it, i can understand that.
The burger with pitta is to die for.
The red wine is so good.
Nice, cozy decoration, good atmosphere.
The service is fast.
Cons.
Quite expensive. In everything but mostly salads, beef and fries.
Fries are not their strongest thing.
Portions are small, especially pittas.
Overall it is really worth it to visit it for lunch or dinner, Very tasty, very good quality, good service, quite expensive though with small portions.
