We have been here a couple of times on trips to see family in Denmark. There is something special about a family run restaurant which combined with Danish coziness makes one feel truly at home. Nicholas Darks cooking is excellent, both Danish staples and some talented modern European cooking and is served by a team led by his wife Lise whose attention to detail sets this restaurant apart from the normal... Go if you are near, or indeed if you aren't.

My expectations were low. My parents frequent this place regularly, and they love Daddy's wienerschnitzel (which honestly is decent).
Steaks are acceptable, but sauces and gravy are Knorr-like powder crap! Veal roast was tender, but undercooked.
Pizzas are average, but far from the the best in town (Rey's).
The wine list consists of three different red wines, all stored and served at room temperature.
Waiters are young girls, who doesn't have a clue about anything. The owner, Osman, knows just slightly more...

We had the Luxury Brunch (served until 3 PM) and it was amazing: large porition of egg, bacon and sausage, several kinds of delicious cheese, youghurt, fresh fruit and a lot of other stuff. Even if you are really hungry you will have difficulty in eating all the stuff. And everything was fresh and well-made. A price of 109 DKK (including great coffee) is more than reasonable. Service is very good.

Very nice and cosy place chinese restuarant with buffe ala Carte and sushi good service friendly staff nice and clean place Haslev is a small town not so far from The highway have eat there two times and it was good

I come to Haslev regularly to visit friends. This is the best restaurant in town that I have tried sofar. The Pakistani food is delicious, both spicy and subtle. The service is very friendly. It is a shame that we were the only (sitting) visitors on this Saturday evening. Citizens of Haslev, forget Daddy's and come to Zaika! For chikdren there is pizza and nachos, so there is no excuse not to come.

Prøvede deres lørdags buffet, der består af 2 stege med tilbehør og fri salatbar. Der var urtemarineret svinekam og kalveculotte, kødet var veltilberedt. Stort udvalg i salatbar, dog mente en i selskabet at der manglede ærter. Der er også mulighed for suppe. Café Højen har både menukort, og forskellige "buffet" henover ugen. Udsigten er god fra restauranten, som der ligger sammen med golfklub. Vil gerne komme igen en anden gang.

After walking around in Gisselfeld Park we stopped here for a cup of cofee and some cake And the service we got from the man who worked there, was absolutley fantastic, he talked with us and shared stories and showed is a little bit around

We can do this ! our service our vision We have now been in operation since 2009 and we feel well received here in Haslev . We have furnished the cafe, which we love when we go out , meaning that you order at his own table and pay at his own table . So you can experience the service. You can also order out of the house . Our menu is eventually addressed. Something is caught, and otherwise come . But our " Pizza " which you can order all day, like become our image . We try to do most things from scratch, for example . we make every morning everything pizza from scratch, delicious soft Sandwich buns , homemade bread to pasta dishes. But sometimes there are just things on the market things like just so much better that we choose to make it udefra.Vi try to be here as much as possible , and we train even our staff.

Bestilte pizzaer til 4 voksne og 4 børn, som vi selv afhentedeDe var klar til aftalte tidspunkt. Varme og sprøde og med tilpas fyld.
Der var bestilt 2 x pommes friter, hvor kun en var med i leveringen. Var heller ikke en del af regnskabet.
Har tidligere spist i selve restauranten, hvor betjening , mad og drikkevarer har været udmærket.
Hyggelig atmosfære.

We had a very nice meal here. Starters were egg rolls and dumplings and rice with fried chicken and lots of fresh vegetables. Admittedly the affordable prices were a factor in choosing this restaurant but we weren"t disappointed in the quality.
