Really enjoyed this stadium, stunning to look at. Great inside excellent view where ever we were and great beer and sausage to add to the experience. Transport from the station was easy, tram went direct. Busy as you would expect trying to get home. The cost of the tram and train was included in the match ticket which is amazing value as we came from Dusseldorf.
For an average game the atmosphere was great. Would be amazing to see a top side and a good game.

We went to play the escape room and bubble ball. It was great fun, a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. There is a nice sports bar to hang out after as well. I can only recommend it!

Nice park in Gelsenkirchen, located among some old abandoned coalmines. Especially in the summertime a good place to walk, bike, play or just lay around. Lots of things to do for children. And many small places to eat and drink. Check out the cultural agenda of Gelsenkirchen for festivals, Exhibitions and Concerts in Nordsternpark.

Этот замок сегодня является объектом паломничества туристов. Добротная, солидная архитектура, дорогое внутреннее убранство, ухоженная территория, на которой приятно погулять, расслабляющая атмосфера,- все это делает его посещение очень приятным

Here for dinner with 15 work colleagues prior to management conference. Staff were very friendly and helpful and laughed and joked with us all but kept the service efficient and professional. Food was excellent and great wine list. The variety of chocolate dessert was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

In my opinion this is one of the best mine heaps in region. The location is ideal, very near the town centre of Wattenscheid (though the heap itself is in Gelsenkirchen, it is in the district of Leithe which is split between Gelsenkirchen, Wattenscheid and Essen), rather than being more isolated like many of them, so you have a better impression of the region as a whole as it is more in the middle and on clear days you can see for many miles. As well, on the side facing Gelsenkirchen, there is also the Sculpture Park, which is worth a visit. On the Wattenscheid there is the shafthead frame of shaft 3 of Zeche Holland, from which along with shaft 4 produced this mine heap.

From a tourist point of view nothing special here. Church was bombed in WW2, partially destroyed. Pretty basic and modern interior. No historical artifacts or spectacular architecture. The area directly around the church has been renovated some years ago. Some nice shops, a supermarket and some fine restaurants are here to be found.
