Again in Glasswork and again great experience. Lots of fun for everyone. You see from one meter how hard the glasswork is and how hot is inside the factory.Thank you for your visit and positive opinion! That's true, that visit in Huta Julia is an unusual experience, because you can see everything about crystal glass production, sometimes even closer than from one meter.

This picturesque castle has been in ruins since it was struck by lightning in 1675. It possible to walk around the walls and to climb up the reconstructed tower for magnificent views of the surrounding area. There are well-signed parking lots from which it takes around 30-60 minutes to hike up to the castle.

Parking just off the main road, pleasant walk to start with then came to a junction were the path to the waterfall is on the right and uphill, no sign posts. The path which may have been good some years ago is in a bad state and has been made worse by the very recent digging of a wide trench which has been filled in like nothing else that I have seen, someone wants to be taken to task at what has been done with this pathway. Its quite a climb up and the waterfall really is a let down. Advise you look elsewhere, ie the falls at Szklarki Waterfall were much better.

Popular place for tourists in the area, so it might get crowdy as it available comfortably also for strollers and does not climb high. You just follow one of the trails along Mumlava river starting at the main bus station. The trail has about max. 2 km and there is a refreshment by the waterfall. Waterfall itself is romantic, cool place. From here you can also walk to Rýžoviště, where some nice hotels with restaurants are situated just as "bee trail" with information boards. The woods around are beautiful, especially in autumn.

During winter time if you want to relax in water, go to Jacuzzi, slide on water slides or just swim come here. You will find people of age two to one hundred! All enjoying water fun. Summer time the biggest, external, water slide is working, too. Relatively cheap with discount for youth and pensioners.
I do advice.

Tall Stone Peak & Lookout Point

Reviewed By Chris A - Faversham, United Kingdom

A great little walk. About 1.5 hrs up and 1 down but this was in heavy snow so you could probably halve these times.
A stunning location for a walk. We parked just East of Death Corner (Zakret Smierci) on the South side. Im not sure that you can drive any further in a private vehicle. Im not 100% on Polish traffic signs so I parked in a layby in the road.
We then started the gentle climb up. You get to a small wooden covered Seating area to take a break if you need to. You take the sign here for Wysoki Kamien (a right fork in the path). It gets a little steep here and for the elderly it could be a problem. You keep going and you get to the lookout at the top. Here awaits a hot coffee, cool beer and warm welcome.
It was for us stunning scenery on the way up but sadly due to heavy snow the grand views were slightly diminished. However still a beautiful ascent and I would highly recommend.
