Had a good time diving with Phillip and taking "slow down" lessons from Captain Archie. Did six dives, Bright Ledge, Pamir Wreck, Stavronikita,Dottins reef, Great Ledge, Cement Pier. Very professional and treated each diver or divers according to their experience level. Would highly recommend. And remember "there are two speeds here on Barbados, slow and stop"-Captain Archie. LOL a good time was had by all.

This was our first catamaran trip and it exceeded our expectations in all respects. The catamaran itself is beautiful- pristine and in tip top shape. The crew, Tony, Casper, and our chef Lindel were exceptionally professional and personable. Our lunch was absolutely delicious and all 12 passengers raved about how wonderful it was. They picked us up at our house in Holetown and dropped us back after the cruise which was great. The cruise was really nice in that it went from Bridgetown almost all the way to Speightstown. They stopped for snorkeling or swimming and anchored for lunch at a lovely spot.
We can’t wait to return on our next trip to Barbados!
Thank you to the Seaduced team for such a great experience in Barbados.

Experience a beautiful Caribbean sunset, cocktail in hand, at this beachside bar.
Fabulous location for a snack or a drink on Mullins Beach
We expected to be stung for drinks but it was very reasonable and an enjoyable experience each time we visited (including live Champions League football!).
Good live music on Sunday nights and a pleasant vibe to the place.

The newest golf course in the Caribbean opened in December 2009. Apes Hill Club enjoys a prime location at almost 1000 feet above sea level in the centre of Barbados. Located amongst a richly diverse landscape of rolling meadows, dense tropical forest, and coral stone quarries. The Club and its splendid amenities are establishing a new standard of excellence in the Caribbean. The developers, with a shared passion for creating communities designed to preserve and enhance their natural environments, have risen admirably to the challenge. The 470 acres of land has been divided into eight neighbourhoods with two two-thirds of the acreage ramaining as open space. Property owners have a selection of custom homes or semi-detatched villas which blend harmoniously with nature while affording unparalleled views of breathtaking scenery.
This is a wonderful course to play. It is expensive, but golf is on this beautiful island! The staff are very friendly and helpful, loading clubs onto your your cart (which is a must), ice in an icebox, water, towels... all you would expect from a high quality club.
The new clubhouse is very glamorous but does need a few tweaks. Breakfast was slow which is not ideal when you might want to practice before playing, maybe a cappuccino instead of coffee out of a thermos!
The course is fabulous. Challenging in places, wonderful views, monkeys if you are lucky and a cart that pops up regularly with cold drinks and snacks. Apart from the clubhouse, the loos on the course are not ideal especially for the ladies so recommend a comfort break back at the club after the 9th hole.

Went out for a morning fishing trip with a friend yesterday. Everything was perfect from parking the car, joining the boat with a big welcome from Geoff and Jason. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy on first glance. Geoff explained everything we would be doing, what we may be catching and how things worked. We sat in a partially covered Seating area convenient for the rods which Jason had baited and cast out. After about an hour there was a fish on and I was handed the rod and sat in the fighting chair. I knew there was something big on as the line was going out faster than I could reel in. Aftervabout 15 minutes I had the fish on the side and Jason lifted it in. It was a wahoo about 30lb but fought like something much bigger. The adrenaline kept pumping as I was reeling in.
We caught three more fish, all barracudas but again they fought really well.
Throughout the day we had drinks and food provided and the guys did everything they could to make us happy.
I would certainly recommend Geoff and Jason if you want an enjoyable day out. Probably best to book direct rather than via an agent.
Any questions please contact me.

Excellent snorkelling from the beach with toilets and showers on site. Sunbeds for hire at 10USD pp. Small bar for drinks and small shop for ice creams, water etc. Plenty of shade and picnic benches. Free parking.
Shopping centre (upmarket) nearby with delis and similar.
Well worth a visit for an inexpensive fun day on the west coast.
Right on the boardwalk for nice walks up and down the coast.

The most elegant thing about this place is the paint job on the outside. Likely paid for by Mount Gay as it is a jazzy yellow ith brown mount gay words and images. The building is a set of slave chattel houses strung together from curbside to waterline.
Roof. Yes it has one . Perhaps it leaks in the rain. The sign has no Apostrophe S. so it may be John Moore.
No shot glasses here. flak, mickey or bottle of rum . Vodka if you must. Banks beer.
No food. No snacks.
Bucket of ixe a a cola for mix.
DONE.
Talk to locals. See the oceanside sunset. Dont ask to join the card game in the back.
A washroom . Not for the dainty.
Experience it once. or twice a visit to Northern barbasos. Half way beteen Holetown and Speitstown. (Really.)
You can say it is north of Taylors Gap in Weston. But drivers reference everything else near here to this shack .

Slightly out of the way but certainly worth the trip. Great views over the Atlantic coastline - good for photos but panoramic ones are best to capture how special this location is. Drop down to Bethesda beach to watch the surfers via the Morgan Lewis windmill.

Beautiful, fully-functional tableware decorated with traditional designs.
Now I am one that normally runs a million miles from something such as this and/or craft-related places. I loved the comment in the Visitors Book which said 'My wife really loves your pottery'. Clearly, in this world of being politically correct, I cannot jump to the conclusion that this comment was written by a 'bloke' BUT if it was - then detected the undertones that this chap was in the same camp as myself i.e. there under duress.
That said, the place really grew on myself - plus the rest of the family. You could walk inside to see everyone working on the clay/pots etc and it was really interesting. In wasn't some polished-off show room but really was a true-working environment.
Then (the owner I guessed) gave a couple of the kids a chunk of clay each and they were they were off creating and it suddenly become an 'interactive event'. There were absolutely over the moon.
I for my part was most impressed with the visitors toilet (restroom)! Admittedly an odd thing to say but the wall was fully decorated with brightly coloured pieces of pottery - and coloured fairy-lights. It was wonderful.
All these little attentions-to-detail certainly notched up our view of the place (and even mine!).
Clearly the pottery is of a high quality. I was most impressed by the effort one of the staff went in wrapping and boxing up the previous customer's purchases. A thoroughness I could only ever dream of.
So by the time we came to depart, everyone was extremely happy plus we were blessed with our own-made a) turtle and b) Boeing 777. (The latter survived the rigours of Bajan roads slightly less well on the journey back home).

Compared to most Beaches back in Europe then this really has to be absolutely stunning.
It is a little on the small side and taken up with an awful lot of sun loungers. The main road runs directly behind it so there is often the horns of charging Bajan-buses. It is quite rocky in places (see other reviews) but there is an area marked out by buoys where it is just great sand.
It is great for kids etc. I suppose the only reason I did not give it a 5-star is that it seemed - well - a bit boring! A few more exciting waves would have made it a bit more fun. But, that said, still cannot knock that it is a great beach.
