Had the scallops starter which was delicious and different fish options as mains. Good sized portions and we could not manage a sweet but sat and savoured the view for an hour or so over a glass of wine - the restaurant is by the sea and one looks over the lights of the bay as well as catching sight of the liners coming from And going to
Bridgetown. Service is efficient and
Friendly.

At the heart of Cobblers Cove and in a culinary league all of its own, the Camelot Restaurant offers island-inspired, delicious modern cuisine with a distinct Bajan twist. Recently awarded the highly-coveted 'Restaurant of the Year' award by the Barbados Hotel & Tourism Association, The Camelot is recognised for creative gourmet cuisine and impeccable restaurant service. Under the direction of Michael Harrison, the only Barbados-born Executive Chef cooking in a 5 star setting on the island, Chef Michael trained under Michel Roux Jr. At Le Gavroche in London, before working at a number of world-renowned restaurants and returning home to Cobblers Cove in 2012. The Chef and his team source as many of their ingredients as possible from local farmers and fishermen, to make sure only the freshest, most flavourful ingredients are used to bring the true taste of the island to Camelot guests. Cobblers Cove's reputation for excellence in cuisine has earned the hotel its much coveted 5 star recognition from the prestigious Relais & Chateaux group, whose emphasis on food and wine has set the culinary bar at the highest level.

Reliable Chinese food, with a slight Bajan flare. There is a small restaurant and a bar area, but we use it for delicious takeaways. You can call and order in advance. Very reasonable prices and decent portions, all freshly cooked.

Since February 2014 Nishi is under the ownership of Paul Edwards, one of the founders of Nishi and Steve Prebble a UK entrepreneur who lives in Barbados. Nishi incorporates a funky outdoor dining area and bar where you can dine under the stars, air-conditioned dining watching our famous sushi chefs and a private dining area. We are family friendly offering everything from great sushi to homemade British pies and an early evening takeaway service.
Stylish courtyard setting. Nice change from waterfront dining. Good food. I particularly enjoyed the fish pie. Perfect comfort food after boat cruise. Girlfriend enjoyed her sushi bento box. Certainly worth a visit when in Barbados. The owner Paul quite clearly cares about the guests and his team worked hard to make it a good meal.

Worst experience we have had in Barbados! Arrive 6:45 for reservation: we were the only ones there. Seated we had to ask for napkins. Waitstaff did not ask about drinks, was not knowledgeable about food. Expected we order before drink order. Place sooooo dark could not see food. My entree supposed to come with wild rice when I said something they brought white rice! Food was ice cold. So dark could not see to pick up with fork. Shrimp tasted liked cooked hours ago. We stopped at Lone Star on way back to hotel for real dinner.
