Our ethos is bespoke, which means our all our dishes are cooked in small batches. We cook our food fresh to order and serve it with a friendly smile! Our food is modern French but with most of our seasonal produce supplied locally we pay homage to Britain and Lancashire. We are the only restaurant in Lancaster and within 50 miles of Lancaster to have a live lobster tank and specialise in fresh shellfish and seafood. OFFERS INCLUDE: Early Bird - Monday to Saturday . Canal side pub with home cooked food served 12PM-9PM every day. Up to 13 cask ales, two rotating craft beers plus fresh ground coffee and and excellent selection of wines by the glass.

After the lip licking has finished you can then choose from two main menus, the first boasting such delights as roasted monkfish (yummy) and our much acclaimed herb Crusted Lamb Rack, once tried - never forgotten. The Classics menu conjures up somewhat more down to earth fayre such as Cumbrian Beef resident burger and (as our quote informs) possibly the best Beer Battered Fish & Chips in the UK. Both menus are bursting with local and seasonal flavours and all dietary requirements can be catered for with vegetarian options galore, we also provide gluten free options.
