When we entered this restaurant, we had to seat ourselves. There was one waitress running around looking frantic going from table to table. The gentleman seated across the aisle from us kept waiting and waiting for his coffee. No one came.
There was only one waitress for this large restaurant when we arrived. A "bus woman" was clearing tables and she had an exasperated look on her face. When she passed me I said "hang in there" and her response was "I don't work here. I just know what it's like to be overwhelmed." It was very odd.
After 20 minutes or so, another waitress walked through the door and started taking orders with ours being one of the first although we sent her over to the gentleman who had been waiting awhile.
After taking our order, she went and returned with coffee. Then we waited some more.
As we were waiting for our breakfast to arrive, a long line of people were waiting to pay. The first waitress was also the cashier. In between orders she would go and take payment from customers. She asked each person "What did you have?" then looked for an invoice for them.
Eventually our breakfast arrived. I had requested scrambled eggs with hash browns and toast. My eggs were undercooked and the hash browns were not warmed enough (they were frozen and not fresh).
On the front door entering the restaurant, two signs were posted "Help Wanted, Cook" and "Help Wanted, Server."
We will not return.

On a long trip this was the only place we found to have a really good bowl of fresh homemade soup. We also had the fish burger and chips which were excellent. Coffee was pretty strong but maybe just not my brand. It is located right on the main street in town. Good friendly service. Just not sure of the decor and how it relates to Wawa or the restaurant. I would go back.

Just a quick walk across the street from our hotel, we were treated to an excellent meal. Owners and staff were very nice and appreciated our quirky sense of humour. Menu had a nice variety and prices were fair for the high quality of food served. Cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We just wanted a quick breakfast for the road and Tim Hortons was open all day. Fit into our schedule perfectly. They weren't very organized the morning we were there, but we still got our food in a timely manner.

My wife and i were on a motorcycle trip from south Florida and Wawa was an overnight stop for us. We ordered pizza while at Woody's bar. We ordered the The Loaded, a small. Perfect portion to feed us both and it was really a great pizza. Brought the warmth back to our bones.
Try it.

Great fries, great everything! Super prices, clean, friendly, make it a summer stop! And try more than just the fries! The inner cooks at a very good restaurant in town so you know you are getting the best!

We were travelling in Northern Ontario, and wanted a quick fresh healthy lunch, and stopped into the Subway in Wawa. We were greeted quickly, and told about some of the selections available through the Subway Franchises, and made our choice. It was done quickly, the items where fresh, and the Sandwich was delicious plus the staff did it with a smile and did their job with efficiency with a professional attitude. Worth the stop at the Wawa Subway.

They had quite an extensive menu, but we decided to have pizza. I chose the Hawaiian (ham & pineapple) and my husband had the meat lovers. We had to wait quite a long time for them to arrive but they looked really nice.
However, looks were deceiving as they were very bland and tasteless. We ate them as we were hungry but really didn't enjoy them.
