Most travelers come to Uyuni to visit some of the world’s most unusual terrain—the Salar de Uyuni. This is the world’s largest salt flat, and you’ll want to bring a camera for surreal photos of salt-encrusted ground, geysers, and multicolored lakes.

We took a pizza vegetariana which was very good (at least for bolivian standards). The pizza dough was crispy. I think one "mediana" (50-55 Bolivianos) for a person is enough, normally. We took 2 "familiares" (65 Bolivianos) because we were very hungry after a long day driving home from the tour.
The strawberry-juice was not good. It seemed not natural or with sugar even though I ordered without.
Closed at 9.30 pm approximately.

Kactus restaurant, we meet the dining needs of our customers, offering food and services with the highest quality, where customer expectations are exceeded. We take as main strategy the continuous improvement of strict hygiene standards and good service in a safe, friendly, family atmosphere at a fair price. We offer excellent services and products to our customers; development opportunities to our staff, our suppliers fair treatment; transparency and good management authorities and collaboration in the development of the tourist attraction in our region.
After having been paralized by the low level of service and quality in Uyuni this is definitely one of the better places in town, but that probably says more about Uyuni than about Kaktus. They had Modern Talking The Great Collection playing on the sound system, which gave it somewhat of a cosy vibe - a trait that is otherwise rare in that city.

We just came here for pre dinner drinks. The atmosphere was just OK. It's a huge space with a big fire place in the middle, but unfortunately the fire was not lit (see my pictures).
The menu looks interesting... maybe a bit on the expensive side compared to other places in town.

Yes our pizzas are more expensive than what you are used to in South America. We take pride in hand preparing our creative toppings they all require extra steps - like 5 days to sun dry our tomatoes, bussing in (550 kilometers away) kilos of basil to create our home made pesto, I personally grill the marinated grilled chicken on my gas grill and fire roast the sweet red peppers before peeling them to ensure the best flavor. not to mention the blue cheese imported from Argentina and Cheddar that tastes great on the mexican pizza with fresh cilantro. We oven roast 20 kilos daily of roma tomatoes to make our pizza sauce. we even serve Starbucks espresso. Our customers are seeking something tasty and we know they appreciate the extra effort put into Minuteman pizza. Come experience us inside the Tonito Hotel.
The owner and the pizzas are just awesome. So much fun to hear the owner's stories of meeting every famous person worth meeting that has come through Uyuni, like famous actors. In terms of food and drink, just great, but the prices are quite high for the drinks and the size of the pizzas. Service was very slow too or maybe only when it gets busy. Overall recommended.

Chose to seek out this place as noted it was rated fourth in Uyuni by TripAdvisor reviewers. It was empty, which is not a good sign. Menus were crumpled and grubby, very basic. Food was just adequate. Was very cheap though. Having looked around Uyuni, most places are the same. Noone has to make any effort as people are just passing through.

After travelling the Bolivian backwaters (isn't all of Bolivia a backwater?) this hotel seemed like paradise. Still, for the price (US$80), it takes advantage of visitors. Beds were so-so comfortable, a little noisy, quite good breakfast for the region, helpful staff, intermittent Wi-fi. There is not much better in Uyuni, but it is not great.

Lithium has friendly staff, good service and a clean safe kitchen. The veggie soup and chicken soup are both hearty meals in fair sized portions. The pizzas are tasty and juices are prepared with bottles mineral water. A very high point is that they take credit cards.

Good restaurant, Vicky is the owner and she knows that we like tasteful and warm food. Instead of many other restaurants at the plaza in Uyuni.
after a long and strenues day of climbing Mountains, being cramed in a car and eating pollo malineas(you all know what i mean) my bag got left in the salt flats near uyuni and i was forced to stay another night in this small touristy town.
before my dinner at milans resturant and pizzaria i was fed up and angry at the world but after a grande four seasons(mushrooms, peppers, ham, sausage) pizza i melted away and i love this place now :) i highly recomend if your in uyuni for any time at all to eat here..they also have a cheap lunch menu for 35 bs and i havent found a cheaper pie in town yet soooo good like the guys from sicily or something :) eat it now!

Welcome to the world's only quinoa based pizzeria! If not the only one anymore, we surely were the first J I, Fernando, run this family owned pizzeria, which is named after my grandmother. I have been making pizzas for the last 15 years, both here in Uyuni and in Sweden. Therefore, you can place your order in English, Swedish or Spanish. And of course, pointing at the menu also works :) Our pizza dough is based on the finest quinoa flour in the world. Quinoa is one of the most nutritious grains you can find - and it's free of gluten. We have received several awards for Don't miss our award winning pizzas!
We had dinner in this restaurant whose specialty is the pizza made with quinoa. The taste is good and there are many pizzas to choose from. Nice selection of Bolivian wines. An interesting place.

We stayed at the hostel next door and they recommended this place for drinks/food. Good for Uyuni! Foosball table was great fun and the staff were very friendly! My colleagues got day tours organized for decent price with a friendly good English speaking guide!
