An absolutely gorgeous place, huge Gardens, lovely pool. Each cottage equipped with every possible luxury. It was cold and wet when we stayed but a log fire in our room and underfloor heating was a joy. I found the delightful chapel in the grounds. Food was magnificently served in three amazing areas. Everything was fabulous except for a rather poor packed breakfast when we had to leave early to walk with cheetahs!!

The only Wine Estate Restaurant slap bang in the middle of The Garden Route! Enjoy an afternoon of local wines, cheeses, oysters, meats, pates and more all served with freshly baked homemade breads and polished off with a decadent dessert. Set in the vineyards and overlooking the Tsitsikamma Mountains and The Elephant Sanctuary. This family run estate offers organoleptic fare for the entire family!
What a great experience. We dived in here on our way to Birds of Eden for a quick bite that lasted a bit longer as we couldn’t drag ourselves away. The food is delicious. Favourites for us included the fresh snoek pate and the calamari but the best were the boboti cigars. Simply delicious. I’ve drunk better pinotage but the wine is great too. Definitely worth a visit but make sure you’re not in a hurry.

Emily’s is the most exquisite of dining halls. The spirit of Africa is in every archway, every antique table and in the collectors’ items which adorn every nook and cranny. Lunch by the pool or dine by candlelight and remember the experience for the rest of your life.
Emily moon is definitely worth a visit. The location is very nice, outside with a pool, nice Seating area, lots of fary lights and good cocktails. The dinner was very good - especially the vegetarian home made gnocchi. Even though there are lots of intriguing meat options on the menu, the gnocchi are an absolute stunner. We loved the mix of South African, Asian and European influences in the cooking. Definitely recommend eating there, when you are in the Plett area, but you have to make your Reservations early - at least two weeks before. The place was packed, when we were there. But people seemed to go for an earlier dinner (when we arrived at 8 lots of people were already ordering desert).

Had a lunch here overlooking the beach. Food was reasonably priced and the menu fine. The fish and chips were good! A nice relaxed place with a great view over the bay.

Any Closer..you Will Get Wet
We were in Plettenburg Bay and enjoyed the food and views from Enricos restaurant so much that we dined there twice. The food was excellent and the views were fantastic. Such an enjoyable way to have a meal while watching the sunset. If you want a lunch I couldn't recommend Enrio's high enough. There was an entertainer present who was pleasant to listen to while enjoying excellent food and fantastic views. Our waiter on both visits was Eric who was very professional at all times. He also advised us on things to do in the area while great with directions as we were looking to make the most of our time there. He was exceptional and it was obvious that he was a people person and enjoyed his job.

Lemon Grass Seaside Restaurant is beautifully situated at the water’s edge in Plettenberg Bay, with uninterrupted views of lagoon, mountain and ocean. The restaurant’s open, warm atmosphere is coupled with an exceptional location making it one of Plettenberg Bay’s top restaurants. Visual feasting aside, the award-winning dishes at Lemon Grass are equally delicious. From the freshest dish and seafood to mouth-watering meats and game, all drawing influence from international and traditional local cuisine. Each dish is carefully prepared from the freshest ingredients by our chefs to ensure that you are smiling from the first bite to the last!

In a magic corner of your mind, there is a place where the sun always shines and worldly cares melt as rapidly as ice-cream cones on hot sand. "LM in Plett" is the gateway to that happy land! Our aim is to satisfy you with outstanding service, mouth-watering Mozambican fare and a truly memorable LM experience. Our menu, as is Mozambican food, was created by combining the influences of Portuguese, Indian and African fare. Allow us to welcome you to inebriate yourselves in our ambience and adapt to our style of enjoying and sharing of traditional dishes!
Enjoyed two huge and very tasty mains here. Even though it was a busy Saturday night in holiday season, we were found an outside table straight away. Our waiter was very friendly and sharp. Advice was great and the food didn't take long to come out. A great evening and well worth trying if you're in Plett!

Nguni Restaurant Nostalgic with an African flair, Nguni is located in one of Plett's oldest buildings - an original dairy dating back over a hundred years. Nguni's African menu is a reflection of traditional selections like Bobotie, game, biltong, springbok, Karoo lamb, ostrich and other local favourites. With its beautiful sunny veranda or eclectic African interior with its original wood-burning stove, the Nguni Girls provide customers with a unique setting and superb menu. A true taste of the Cape!
We had a great meal at Nguni with excellent service from Elias. My tuna carpaccio followed by Springbok steak were excellent, as was my wife’s gazpacho and fillet steak. Our desserts were well balanced and the wine choice very good. No hesitation in recommending Nguni to visitors to Plett looking for a great dining experience.

My wife and I had some really good food, prawns and seafood combo only to have the gloss taken off the evening by being overcharged on a couple of items. I had specifically asked for prices on these items as they were slight variations on the menu - nevertheless the bill showed a 50% increase on the price previously agreed. The restaurant would not budge from the incorrect bill.
Moral - don't depart from the item as listed on the menu, and don't have Irish Coffee!

Thyme & Again offers it's local, national and international customers a variety of scrumptious savoury and sweet home-made delights from its very own bakery as well as carefully selected, local delicacies and an excellent collection of wines mainly from the Western Cape.Customers are most welcome to browse around the shop or relax in the garden cafe whilst enjoying a freshly brewed cup of coffee, sampling our treats or any of our freshly prepared meals.
This place is a nice stop next to the highway. The shop promised local and organic food made with attention to detail.
Unfortunately the lunch itself was a bit disappointing. The ' smoothie' tasted like artificial flavored yoghurt with a tiny hint of fresh mango. One of the dishes lacked some of the ingredients we requested and the other dish was rather disappointing, having overboiled eggs instead if nice soft poached eggs.
The butter comes in plastic cups, which does not fit the scenery (please change this).
Wifi is terrible and can be considered unusable.
