The clock tower of Sighisoarais the grand dame of the city, reigning tall and proud from atop a central hill. Founded by Transylvanian Saxons during the 12th century, Sighisoara is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and features well-preserved medieval stone streets and structures. Visit fortified churches, climb the famed Scara Şcolarilor covered staircase, and get goosebumps at the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler, the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s terrifying creature, Count Dracula.

Go inside. It's unique and lovely! Good sun bath While drinking your morning coffee They have some home made pies- not the best i had but sitting out side with coffee and a piece of pie - gave our morning a great start

It is a tourist hotspot. The cafe/restaurant is located in Dracula´s birtholacehouse. So you would expect a tourist trap. But no, this is a very nice place with good service and reasonable prizes. Fast served good food.

Cozy place, perfect design and feeling for winter holidays.
Unfortunately, lots of the cool things from the drinks menu (e.g. hot chocolate, craft beer) were missing.
Bad service (long) and not so friendly staff. Two ladies were looking in their phones instead of servicing customers..
So kind of disappointing. The owner/manager should watch closer.

Visited this place for the 2nd in time 1 year.
Service: could be better as they were not very organised; however, they were friendly.
Atmosphere: really nice as the view of Sighisoara is amazing.
Food: not impressive: tried the Villa Franka Chicken - which is literally a grilled chicken topped with two slices of chicken and 2 slices of cheese. This was supposedly placed under the grill to have the cheese melted and all that; that did not really happen. In short, chicken was though and dry, tomato completely raw, and the cheese very, very slightly grilled. I was very disappointed. A bit more imagination would help :)
The 'mititei' were good and their homemade lemonade never dissapoints.
Will probably go there again at one point as we love the view.

For a town full of pizzerias I was hoping for something special. The place is in a beautiful building but the decor itself is quite ordinary.
I didn't order anything but the vegetarian pizza and they were very accommodating with my requests but mostly the service for absent.
It must have been a slow night because there weren't many people around.

We went to the place just because the other restaurant we were looking for was closed. But it was a good choice after all. The prices were medium, it had a small cozy Terrace, but the portions were huge! Me and my friend could not finish our meals, because we were exploding (a portion of soup for each and a shared main dish). And it was really tasty.

A bit away from the town square it's a charming place with good service and rather good food. Enjoyed lunch to the fullest, sitting in the passageway with a view on the street. Fresh juice was excellent.

After a long day visiting Sighisoara, my friends and I were ready for lunch, and after checking few restaurants in the area (all of them offering pizza), we decided to eat in Al Forno, were we expected the food to be good. Bad decision... The drinks came after 30 minutes, and we had to wait for the pizzas almost an hour!!! One of my mates, ordered a second beer, and it arrived once we finished the meal...
Is not just that the service is terribly slow, trust me, the pizzas were not good at all, probably any of the frozen at the supermarket would have been better! And that's not all! After paying, we waited for 40 lei that they had to give back, but no, they didn't, no cash back for you hahahaha t
They tried to fool us, so after another half and hour later trying to make them understand the issue, myself had to go to the cashier and take that money, unbelievable!!!
Just try any other place, please...

The food was delicious and the ambiance created in am cold autumn sunday it was perfect. Thanks to the chef and staff. Thanks a lot! Looking forward to visit us soon again! We now have a more winter-ish decor inside/outside!
