The dinner i had has been my best metal even when in Bali.
The chef has some subtle Danish influences which goes very well together with the Balinese kitchen! We had the Beef Barabicu (pork belly) that was cooked to perfection and fish with pilau rice, lobster bisque and beet pure that was absolutely brilliant!

My wife who is Thai and I visited this restaurant a couple of days ago,I can tell you that if you want authentic Thai food don't come here .the chefs are not Thai ,we asked for spicy but the food was not, in fact it was quite plain and nothing like Thai food, I had chicken with cashew nuts ,it was just cooked chicken with nuts added rather than all stir fried together!
My wife had yum talay with seafood,it was just mixed seafood in a sweet sauce ,it should have been mixed with hot chills and not sweet.
So having read many good reviews with trip adviser we went along but unfortunately we were disappointed

We have already been there twice since we arrived in Lovina 1 week ago and there really is nothing, that we could complain about. They have a daily changing fish menu, which is depending on the catch the fishermen could make (the first time we had dinner here, they could even offer a whole Barracuda which did look delicious but we had already decided on the Tuna-Steak, which tasted fantastic!). The prices here are absolutely reasonable and especially the starters (spring rolls of different variations and the likes) are awesome!
Though somebody on the table next to ours complained about the taste of his Mahi-Mahi (fish) we couldn't agree, as we were both having fish also (I had the whole Squid and my wife went for the whole Red Snapper) and both dishes were absolutely high-class. Same goes for the desserts, of which especially the fried banana with ice (or without, if you don´t like ice) is a very delicious treat according to my wife, who ordered it both times we ate here. I only had a dessert once, the Layer Cake, which tasted very good as well and was also enough for me, despite the fact, that I first thought it´s a bit small a portion, when I saw it. The Warung offers daily live-music usually starting at 7:30 p.m. which makes for a very nice atmosphere also. We´ll spent two more weeks in Lovina and will definitely go there more than just once again, as we really had a fantastic evening both times we were there yet. Matur suksma sangat, keluarga di Warung Dolphin!!!!

An open air dining room with Balinese designs. Enjoy the hillside view and cozy place
As first timers here, we were advised the meals are small..., we are full! There is complimentary bread to start, so maybe don’t have garlic bread as well!! Chicken spring rolls are fresh and tasty, mains were perfection... dessert was ‘my eyes were bigger than my belly!!’
Great staff.... much appreciated door to door service ☺️

Vegetarian cafe lovina Bali, selling organic salads, smoothies, ice creams, falafel and pastas. Health food shop and weekly yoga classes.
My husband and I popped in here for lunch yesterday. It is cosy with a very relaxed atmosphere. We sat out the front and watched the world go by, whilst enjoying some nice food. However, it wasn't until we spontaneously ordered a scoop of homemade ice cream that we realised what a gem this place is. Without a doubt, the rich chocolate ice cream is THE BEST chocolate ice cream I have had had anywhere - including Italy (and they invented the stuff!). Really rich and thick. Stunning. We're planning to do a 1.5 hour detour on our way back just so we can have more. That's how good it is!

Went to the large, attractive new location and had an excellent dinner. My pepes ikan (fish w/ herbs and spices wrapped in banana leaf and grilled) was generously portioned and delicious. My wife's grilled chicken (ayam bakar) was equally good and we both liked the accompanying, well-cooked melange of green beans and carrots.

"TAKE A BRAKE THEN FEEL THE GREAT TASTE" Our Restaurant open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. We also provide the Catering service, Cooking Class, Wedding and Birthday Party, Bakery & Pastry, House Coffee, Pizza, BBQ and Takeaway. ON REQUESTED: "SUCKLING PIG AND SUCKLING GOAT"
The restaurant looks dim and dismal from the outside and inside. Maintenance was poor with stained table cloths, stagnant pond and neglected plants. Cocktails were cheap, fresh and fantastic.
The celebrated pumpkin soup was like a puree, too thick as a starter. The appetiser scallops were delicious, but only two instead of the featured three were served.
No lobster was available for the night. Duck breast was dry and boring, but the carbonara was outstanding.

The service and the cuisine here are flawless. Chef Komang Sujana favours Balinese herbs and together with GM Jany-Michel Fourré’s expertise creates dishes even the Gods would approve of ! And don’t miss out on our pastry team’s sweet, decadent, very presentable desserts. We live too short to drink bad wines. With this in mind, we have built a wine cellar that forms the perfect symbiosis of our gourmet cuisine. It is filled with at least 1500 bottles, a unique selection of more than 130 kinds of wines from the main European regions, South America, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and also from the only renowned Indonesian vinery: Hatten. From an aperitif to a dry white wine, a flowery-dense red wine, a full-bodied dessert wine, all the way through to a digestif to finish – fine wines in combination with our gourmet cuisine create a perfect symbiosis and provide you with unforgettable moments.
my second day of our 3rd visit at Pemuteran. We consider ourselve very adventurous when it come down to good food at good restaurants. We have been to various restaurants in the neighbourhood since our first visit a few months back. Some are exquisite, some are average and others are just awful. Since our previous visit at Matahari Beach Resort, we have never tried the food at Dewi Ramona restaurant. So this time, we want to give it a try, but since we did not have a huge appetite due to huge portion for late lunch elsewhere, we decided to skip the appetizers. but instead, we ordered 2 main course and share a dessert. From a fellow traveler, we have been told to try their signature dish, Braised Tuna in tomato sauce and pesto, and we were ever so grateful to follow his advise. It was simply delicious. The Tuna was cooked in perfection and the tomato and pesto was like .. from heaven,And I am in particular not kind of person who is easily pleased with seafood dish. In fact, I consider myself as very picky when it comes to a dish involving the creatures of the sea. But let me tell you this, after i had this dish, i was almost speechless as i was trying to find a faux in it but i could not find any. As for my love one, although he is not a vegetarian, he ordered the Vegetable Lasagna with curry sauce and coconut. I could not resist to have a bite to try out and again, it was delicious. The curry sauce was so subtle with a little hint of saffron at the tip of your tounge. And then as for piece de resistence, we decided to share the Cottage Cheese dumplings with Strawberry Carpacchio. hmmmm there was no words I can describe how good the taste of this dessert. The right dessert to end a tiring day for lovebirds like us. My conclusion of the whole Matahari Beach Resort team is, this is a group of people who knows exactly what they are doing. We would for sure, come back here again and again and again. a hidden Gem in the North Western part of Bali.

Informal dining of delicious BALINESE INDONESIAN and WESTERN FOOD at any time of the day, from 8am to 10pm. We provide Takeout and Delivery as well. Our speciality is a BALINESE COOKING CLASS with WAYAN!
This restaurant was a pleasant surprise as from the outside it looks as though a hotel is still being built around it. It’s also on a busy main road which may put you off but don’t be! Once inside the noise from the road drops. And the food is great!
My husband and I were struggling to choose from the menu so Wayan (owner/cook) asked us about food we liked/ spiciness and said she’d cook a few dishes for us.
The mix of sweet/spicy/meat/vegetarian dishes was superb and ridiculously cheap! Our bill was less than $8AU each.
Best of all the restaurant had no issues with byo wine!! Bear in mind this is January and low season.
All in all, great meal, clean, friendly restaurant, would recommend

We ate here twice during our stay in Lovina. They came and collected us from our villa and dropped us back after. We had 2 children with us and they do cater for children which was great. Lovely setting, right on the beach and the staff are really great.
We enjoyed both meals, my son-in-law had the snails twice! Having lived in France for over 5 years he was amazed at how good they were.
If you are a family then this is a great place to take your children. I would recommend this place to all
