Have been to this restaurant a Cooke of times and my friends are regulars. Pre orders the cured seafood starter and go hungry- there is a lot of interesting fish. Nice pasta Great wine recommendations from Sicily. Very reasonably priced

If you are in the area you need to stop here to have a true Sicilian breakfast.

Like every other reviewer I loved this place. It's essentially a small roast chicken takeaway which also sells sweet and savoury pastries. Two small tables for two inside and two outside. There was a stream of locals to testify that it's authenticity. We had a quarter of a chicken with roast potatoes and an arancino each. The latter being considerably smaller than their Guinness record job but as good as it gets taste-wise. As good as simple fare gets. If you've had a few evenings of pizza or pasta you could do well to cleanse your pallet here. We were given a complimentary plate of local biscuits to finish off. With drinks it was about €10 ... A proper gem

well, as an Italian couple living in the UK, it was a fantastic experience to visit Sicily in June to get some heat and some fabulous wine and food... it is not automatic however, you have to look around and be lucky... compared to other Italian regions (e.g. Tuscany, Piedimont, Umbria, Apulia), in Sicily good wine is quite pricey at supermarkets. This tirade about wine is just to say that at "la casa degli Angeli", a "simple" red carafe (Cerasuolo) wine was very very good, produced in a farm nearby. This wine (together with white) was included in a VERY reasonable, if not offensively low price for an N-courses (i don't even remember the total number of dishes) amazing Sunday Lunch: a couple of hours of purely Sicilian cousine from appetizers (which would feed you for a couple of days according to normal day standards) to desert (fabulous pastry with ricotta) and espresso. Folks, you CANNOT miss this place. The country-house is also beautiful, restored to perfection, in a beautiful setting, and the owners are elegant, chatty and friendly people. I only regret I have not slept there for a couple of nights.

We treated ourselves to a meal here on the penultimate night of our holiday. And what a treat it was! The food was delicious (with some nice touches for free: prosecco on arrival, arrancini ball pre starter, and some truffles at the end of the meal).
We had 3 courses and shared a bottle of wine and it came to €135 for three of us.
The waiting staff were really attentive, and the majority of them spoke really good english too.
If I find myself back in this part of the world, I would definitely return to Acqua Pazza.

What an adventure all around! The rooms were absolutely unique - each one with their own bathroom. Just to walk around the park, to see the animals: goats, horses, geese, chickens etc. All is well cared for and loved. Wonderful vineyard loaded with grapes. Our dinner there was an adventure itself - lots of dishes for antipasti, the salads, the soups, the pasta, the meat, and the desserts - could not make it through the whole dinner. The house wine was fabulous. Most professional and friendly staff.

Great food, great service and great price. My family loves Borgo Antico and we go very often. The first course includes some of the best antipasti you will ever eat. Their pasta is incredible and the meal includes various seasonal Deserts. Very delicious very happy. Fiend them on facebook (Farm Borgo Antico) and send them a facebook message to make a reservation. Take advantage of their beautiful view of the village of Mineo.

Il Rosticcere is a food lab based in the historical centre of Acireale. Our production, entirely specialized in Sicilian traditional deli, is the expression of Chef Puccio's thirty-year experience, through which he gives shape to the ingenious match between taste innovation and attention to traditional flavours. The past and the present are here blended according to these simple but fundamental principles: quality in the choice of raw materials and ingredients, detail in the creation of every single product, and relentless pursuit of new combinations of flavours. The baroque scenery lays the groundwork to the pillars of Sicilian street food: arancini, cipolline and cartocciate adorn the countertop among several varieties of savoury pastries and quiches. These are the characters in the limelight, playing the lead in the ultimate tasty snack as well as in a quick but appetising dinner. Pear, bacon and mozzarella, chicken curry with pepper, brie with honey and walnuts stuffings, are some of the coordinates of the journey through the flavours offered by Il Rosticcere. The experience is complemented by a selection of craft beers, witnessing our meticulous attention to the composition of the perfect meal.
Friendly service and absolutely amazing, fantastic food creations!
In over a year of trying different Tavola calda places in Sicily this is my absolutely favorite. High quality ingredients with nice little twists to make a 'simple' snack a real experience for your taste buds. I just wanted to keep on trying and tasting new ones.
Loved it and I am forcing my friends to take me there every time that I am back in Sicily. Would recommend it to every one!

The wine bar located just entry point to city of randazzo
This wine bar lined up variety of wine from Randazzo, Castegione di Sicilia, Passopiscialo etc.
You can taste those variety of wine with hum, sausage, cheese, and variety of pickles.
The best wine what I have tasted was "Terra Ginestre Jun 2014" DOC Etna Rosso red wine brewed from 100% of nerello mascalse grape.
This wine is newly entered into market recently. I felt that well balanced tannin and acidic makes elegant harmony and fragrant of salvia is Glamorous.
You can pay a visit and enjoy wine.
