A few steps from the seafront in Grottammare Palmino is a refreshed specializes in seafood cuisine where you can taste the best flavors of the sea with dishes Sanbenedettese. Accommodated within its bright rooms overlooking a lush garden, where in summer you can dine. Palmino The restaurant is the perfect place for an intimate dinner or a meeting between friends, but it is also great for business lunches, banquets and receptions.
You miss the seeside view but the food is very good. The service could be better. The owner is kind but some of his staff look bored.

Recover the flavors of the past and make them current. From here the rediscovery of traditional dishes, adding a pinch of novelty
Positioned in the ancient and incredibly beautiful "old town" of San Benedtto and located in a brick vaulted, late medieval building (that, presumably, was originally the ground floor of four or five houses), this superb restaurant has a superb, welcoming atmosphere and fantastic food. The first thing to arrive on the table is a basket of bread, all of which (apart from the plain white bread) has been freshly cooked on site, tastes wonderful and includes a curry bread that is truly delectable. The proprietor, Sigismondo Gaetani, is a welcoming, friendly and most knowledgeable host whose commitment and enthusiasm are the guarantees of this superb restaurant. Then there is the chef, whose original and thoughtful dishes are the outstanding hallmark of what for us was a most memorable meal. This is not a place that dishes out vast platefuls of food. Every part of the order delivered was beautifully displayed, original and fantastic to eat. It is not cheap - but, because of ite highest quality, it is well worth the price.
Benson, our dog, went with us and - unlike many other restaurants we have visited - was readily allowed to lie beneath our table and he and us were not forced to be sit at some separate, distant corner.
This was, without doubt, the best by far of the meals we ate during our stay in San Benedetto del Tronto. If it had been possible on TripAdvisor, I would have given "Degusteria del Gigante" 10 stars.

Restaurent in a lovely setting with a really good menu. Good choice of starters followed by wide range of pasta backed up by great main courses and gorgeous Deserts.
Thinly sliced beef with goats cheese starter was perfect followed by rustic lamb chops which had a lovely flavour. Desert of chestnut ice cream exquisite, however my wife had chocolate mousse with white truffle also excellent.
Giampiero Giammarini is a great chef serving stunning local cuisine which is great quality and fairly priced. If in the area don't miss it!

Opened in 1963, Ristorante Dei Priori is located in the splendid Piazza XX Settembre in the heart of Monte San Martino. The restaurant has Seating for 140 people inside and 30 outside. The rich menu is prepared by the executive chef Angelica, tempting grilled meats, hors-d'oeuvres, first courses all handmade and tasty pizza. The idea has always been to offer a careful selection of the best Italian products for delicious dishes that will be top quality, with the genuine flavors of Italian cuisine.
We were made to feel very welcome by this family run restaurant. We were a party of six and it was suggested that we chose different things from the menu to share. Each dish was freshly home made by 'mamma' and exceeded all our expectations, we could try every dish to share and it was all in season and freshly made to order. Wines had been suggested that were from the local region and were superb and reasonably priced, as was the excellent meal. We would recommend this to any traveller passing by or if you are staying in the environs of Monte San Martino.

Centrally located in a mansion.Elegant but warm and cozy shabby chic style.Open for over a year and a half, offers traditional dishes of meat and fresh fish every day.Great attention to raw materials, cleaning and accurate service.Very good wine with predominant attention to the best local wineries. In summer you can eat in the 'open in a garden located inside the restaurant.
Elegant with a sophisticated menu. If you like simple food, move on. I had the Adriatic fried seafood dish and it was incredibly light, tasty, and with a great selection of fish and seafood. The wine options would make Bacchus go crazy. A bit pricy, so not an everyday eatery. The owner is very pleasant and extremely competent. A must try if you are in town.

We arrived at Antica Gusto on an extremely busy Sunday lunch. The restaurant was full of locals having fun so we were very pleased we had made a reservation.
This wonderful restaurant on a farm near Penna San Giovanni, served us good local food and plenty of it!
Despite being so busy, the service was excellent. The staff were so attentive, as our jugs of wine or water were 2/3rds empty, they were immediately refilled.
The set menu was great value at €22 -€25 per head. You certainly won't go hungry.
Locally produced traditional food (much of the cheeses and meats produced right there on the farm) were wonderful and the selection of anti pasti will certainly impress. From salamis and fresh cheese platter served with a delicious berry jam, to bean soup, pickled vegetables and so much more.
Followed by two pasta courses, of which we enjoyed lemon and ricotta ravioli and a spaghetti with ragu. If you have room, try the delicious, juicy grilled meat platter, served with salad. And we managed to squeeze in a wonderful piece of tiramisu, coffee and homemade liqueurs.
Our vegetarian friends were well catered for, despite being a farm, and pasta with a tomato sauce and fresh, light tortillas were specially made for them.
This is a great way to spend a lazy lunchtime, which took a good few hours with excellent food, pleasant surroundings and friendly staff.
Go and enjoy Antica Gusto - we are sure you won't be disappointed!

The restaurant is beautiful not less the amazing Adriatic sea view you can admire from the third floor. There is also a fantastic area on the last floor where you can eat in summer time but at the time was still closed. I've been there for a business lunch with some italian clients and I must say even the food was great, actually I wasn't expecting it to be so good. My clients had a selection of cold and warm starters that looked great eventhough I had some sushi and some sashimi. I was surprised by the good quality of it. With regards to pasta dishes, the home made ravioli stuffed with langostines served with fresh italin cherry tomatoes is a 'must'. A proper mix of italian tastes. We didn't manage to have any main courses but I'll go strait for them next time I'll be in Grottammare. The roasted fish served to the table next to us looked fantastic. Good selection of italian wines from all regions and very professional service. Price? Nothing more than average restaurants would charge you but with great quality here......If you pass by give it a go.

Traditional Cuisine Of San Benedetto Del Tronto, The Popular Fisching Town. Restaurant Is Powered By Members Of The Whole Family And Always Preferred By Residents Is Demanding More Recipes To Thank The Severity Of The Fresh Ingredients And The Consistency Of Quality.
At the moment this restaurant is n°1 on Tripadvisor for San Benedetto. I have been coming to San Benedetto area for the last thirty years and comparing Tato's offer to the average high level restauration of the town and surroundings I think that the quality/price ratio is not excellent . Non all the antipasti ( around 15 small samples ) of the " Percorso di mare " were impressive, whereas I appreciated very much the seafood mezzemaniche and linguine. The atmosphere and customer care reminds me of several local ordinary seafood trattorias, although the reastaurant offers a relatively elegant appearance. Nice place, nothing impressive.

Now, this restaurant has moved premises at the Carlo Hotel, on the Via Salaria. It 'a local decidedly larger than the former, and this is synonymous with growth and it is very important for the objectives to be achieved. My friend Raffaele, the great guru of the ristorant, will have to work hard and hope with all my heart to bring his restaurant at lofty levels for his and my satisfaction. I do not think to say nothing more on quality of the food , it is always very high and .... tasty .... and satisfying. I want to invite on behalf of Raffaele, all my foreign friends to come to this restaurant, you will not regret.
