An amazing find close to Porto Rotondo. Set in a olive grove with granite rocks reflecting the last of the day's heat, the atmosphere is lovely, with friendly, attentive service.
The food is exceptional, beautifully presented and a range of good flavours and textures. The set menu is very good value, and the a la carte also, with a great range of dishes. Absolutely to be recommended - and thank you for a superb evening from the three U.K. girls!

I love this place for its typical Italian simplicity but in the knowledge that you are going to be well fed. Excellent wine choices, wonderful array of food and variety but if being honest then maybe a little understaffed the night we were there. As there were 12 of us for dinner it was easier to order three dishes and pass them around the table. We did this and so three large dishes of various fare was brought to the table. Beautiful food, incredible flavour and hot! Highly recommended restaurant for a good meal in comfortable surroundings.

Romantic italian restaurant sitting on the port of Porto Rotondo with the freshest fish delivered daily. We specialize in a mediterranean cusine mixed with fushion and hawaiianan inspired dishes. We also have one of the best pizzas you can find with a dough that raises for 72 hours making it incredibly crispy and light.
Really a great place to eat in the harbor. The food is great with several local specialties and a nice wine list. A bit crowded, a reservation may be needed. Tables on the Terrace are great.

Really nice decor and trendy look and feel. Great atmosphere when locals arrive. Staff very attentive and 'sunny' - We ordered a wine we didn't like (nothing wrong with it just wasn't to our taste and they replaced it with no fuss. The starters were amazing - huge though so careful how much you order. The main courses excellent. 2 minute real pizzas and slow cooked lamb were all perfect. We thoroughly recommend this place to anyone in or near the Port you won't regret it and the prices are better than elsewhere. Also NO SIGN OF THE DENCH'S

Set meal, including wine, coffee, several courses. Breads/cheese/meats, pastas, suckling pig, cheese/honey pastries, sweet biscuits. Very impressive.
We sat in a beautiful garden by the rack of the suckling pigs being roasted. Very authentic atmosphere, loved it. Think work was going on on the Terrace with view to sea, as we were slightly pre season, presume it will be done in next week or so. Did not reduce enjoyment of visit.
Service was very good, waiters very friendly and helpful, explaining dishes. Would recommend a visit to taste true Sardinian food.

At €35 per head this is a similar concept to the restaurant further along the road to Porto Rotondo, but is much better value - 4 courses and wine etc. are all included in the price and the quantities were huge! If you have a hungry family, this is a great place to go - 4 starters, 4 primi, suckling pig and then puddings.

Mediterranean cuisine , local seafood appetizers , pasta risotto , fish with different preparation methods .
Come her and watch the sunset next door at the splendid Atrium (No Dench) wine bar next door where they serve the best cocktails probably on the island and the service is wonderful with free Tapas constantly. The starters were good albeit too salty for us and the fish main course very fresh and light (Sea Bass) but spoiled by potatoes cooked in vinegar? anyway couldn't eat then not the tiny hard carrot. Great service from waiter - manager a little officious though

Good local food and well deserved for its place on the list.Good local produce on the menu and very hospitable hosts.
Make sure you check your bill though can be honest mistakes sometimes and we d hate to think they were not having a lend of tourists . We re a bit too well travelled for that.

My wife and I stayed at the top floor suite with huge Terrace this past August. I highly recommend the hotel and this room in particular. The Terrace overlooks the beautiful pool and the bay below it. The Terrace is about 100 feet in length and wraps around the sides of the top floor. Perfect for sunbathing. I even fell asleep there one night.
The hotel is atop a hill overlooking the bay. From my research I believe its the best view in Porto Rotondo.
The hotel is ideally located. To swim in Porto Rotondo Beach, merely drive 5 miles away. Although the Hotel is home to a fine restaurant, for a change of scenery, several good restaurants are only a mile or two away.
I only have two complaints about this hotel. First, the pool area was not very large and only contained about 8 lounge chairs. These chairs were taken by 11 a.m.
Secondly, although the restaurant was generally fine, one item on the menu was a disaster. My wife ordered Lobster. I believe it was a 2 pounder. My wife was very hungry and unfortunately ate most of it before she informed me that it was terribly dry and tasteless. I took a bite and agreed it was by far the worst lobster I ever tasted. In fact, after eating lobsters for 40 years in New York and New Jersey , it was the only bad lobster I had ever eaten. Unfortunately, my wife had eaten the entire lobster, so I understood that I would surrender and pay the $70 or $80. However, 15 minutes later when the waiter brought me the check , I was shocked. The price for this inedible dried, tasteless creature was 178 euros !!! ( i.e. $200)
I started to shout a bit at the waiter, and everyone turned to watch the assault which was surely to take place. However the waiter insisted that their lobsters are always fresh, and meanwhile our evidence was already digested, so I gave up and paid the fraud induced il conto ( bill) !!!

We went to Porto Rotondo to look around and came across this restaurant. Very quiet which was a concern but pleasantly surprised with the quantity and tastiness of the food. We went for the suckling pig, roasted vegetables and potatoes washed down with some wine. Delicious and definitely the right choice! Would go back again, lovely experience but check to make sure the suckling pig is on the menu! Waitress was also charming.
