I had the opportunity to visit the Durbanville hills for supper with my wife. The setting was romantic with a beautufull balcony where you can take a selfie at sunset. I had the fish for supper and it was exquisite.

The menu is vast - you have choices and options and more options with choices. The food is fresh and flavoursome without being pretentious. Pasta, duck, risotto, pizza, meat, etc, you want it you can have it. Portion sizes are fair and you will not walk out hungry. Wine can be ordered by the glass and many desserts available including fondant. The owners are in the dining area the whole time, thus you can ask them (and the waiters) about the menu and options. They know their dishes and describe it to the T.

Fine dining at its best with even better views! Just returned from lunch and cannot praise this place enough. The staff, food and spectacular views are all incredible. Delightfully delicious and served with such smiles. Loved the fact that you could view all the chefs (there were many) all doing their thing in the kitchen. Going back next week for more experience. LOVED it, thanks!

Nestled in the picturesque heart of Nitída Wine Estate is Tables at Nitída, the café where locals, tourists and passers-by can enjoy an inspiring eating experience. Founded on the idea that food should be natural, healthy and delicious, the Café is a remarkable eatery that caters for those who adore food and care about their environment. On the table at Tables you’ll find everything from freshly baked muffins and cakes to delicious salads and ‘home-cooked’ lunches. And even if it wasn’t hunger that led you to our humble establishment, feel free to grab a newspaper and a glass of Nitída’s finest as you take in the breathtaking scenery.Throw in our famous hospitality and we are sure that you’ll return time and again to share in our motto – For the Love of Food.
Firstly ... I made a reservation via email and someone actually replied! :) The waiters are friendly, helpful and bilingual! Food was delicious. Very casual atmosphere, with roosters dining on all the lost little breadcrumbs. You can book a table inside or outside. Family visited this restaurant to celebrate my daughters visit from UK and her birthday. Treated well on arrival and then left alone at table for over 10 minutes before catching the waitress to take our order. Group at table next to us received allthe attention. When food arrived it was good. Then we asked for more vegetables but by the time we had finished eating and the bill was brought to us we had still not received the vegetables. The waitresses comments were 'but I told them'.
Definitely wont be returning to this dump. Such a pity that the service is so poor because the food is good.

I am always sceptical ordering fish or visiting a seafood restuarant - afraid of small portions and overpricing. OB was a pleasant surprise: a filling portion and reasonably priced. I could give up burgers for fish at their prices!! Service was good and we were well waited on. While the decor is "hard" i suppose it is to create the Greek tavern effect?! I like the paper table covers and menus on the wall etc...I would visit. For a local quick meal I could revisit OB! It is enjoyable...

Went for a family dinner and was bitterly disappointed with everything. Food quality was greasy and left 2 of us not well the next day, the less said of the symptoms the better. They try to be to much with a menu that is too vast and not doing any of it well. Such potential as a great concept.
