This one is near to perfect. In December we had the weeding lunch of my best Italian friend there, but we did eat there several times and always very good food. Variations of Venetian food in modern stile combined with an amzing collection of wine.
Friendly people always trying to find a nice table for you.

We stopped by the Ristorante Margherita for dinner on our way back from Venezia. The food was excellent as was the service. Mr. A. Dal Corso and staff are very warm and genuinely welcoming; service is professional. The wine recommendations were also excellent. If ordering off the 3-course menu there is a meat menu and a fish menu; both very good. The dining room, China and flatware are beautiful and it's clear that everything is done with great care.

Probably 3* is a little harsh as I enjoyed my food here but this area has so many excellent fish restuarants and I didn't feel this one stood out.
I was amazed how big the restaurant is and how many people were there on a Tuesday evening. There seemed to be a lot of parties there last night and so went up stairs - which was quite busy too.
The decor is traditional and felt welcoming. Although no one spoke godd English we managed to get by and the menu did arrive in a range of languages so that was good. Bread and water were provided quickly and I ordered a drfat beer to drink. Food order was taken quickly although waited for some time for antipasti to arrive.
Went for the cold cuts of meat which was a reasonable selection though no salami. It was presented simply on a plate and tasted fine.
For main courses I tried rombo (turbot) for the first time in Italy and it was cooked Greek style with olives and tomatoes and some sliced potatoes. The vegetables I ordered didn't arrive (and my Italian wasn't good enough to argue this when the bill arrived so had to pay for them). It tasted OK but nothing special and certainly don't to the level of other fish restaurants in the area.
So I left feeling that I had a reasonable meal but not a meal that I would agree that this is the number 1 restaurant in the area.

Went here on the advice of our hotel and we were not disappointed. You are told straight away at he restaurant only seves fish. Had a couple of glasses of excellent prosecco before a lovely crab starter.
We had the selection of grilled and fried fish between us and all was very fresh and cooked very well. Didn't have dessert as quite full with the first 2 courses and the lovely bread on the table.
Returned 2 weeks later and had a similarly good meal so not a one off!

Located a little bit off the beaten path, but this restaurant is an absolute must if you are in Mira. I read some other people's reviews where they say negative things, and I beg you to ignore them the pizza here is absolutely incredible. They cook it right in front of you, and the portions are huge. I ordered the four cheese, which was delicious and perfect with the thick crust that their pizza has. The atmosphere is cozy and wonderful, and the wait staff was very friendly. Our waitress spoke minimal English, but she was very nice and we got exactly what we wanted. The wine was a reasonable price, as was the pizza. Highly recommend eating here!

Nothing in this restaurant is standard or fake. The personality of the owner is strong in all the details, in the decoration, in the service and in the food. The fish is the hero here. Fresh and cooked in a traditional way. Quantity is generous and service quick. You enter hungry and you go out happy.

Not easy to find (giare is the place your car computer should recognize) we went for a Sunday lunch and took our little dog with us.No problem, the dog has been offered a bowl of water within seconds. The service during our meal was efficient and friendly. My request halfway our lunch to add another plate that I just saw pass by,was followed up efficiently.
The scampi, fish etc were fresh and well prepared.Quite a few locals for Sunday lunch, that's good.

Maybe not so classic Italian but certainly it does exactly what Italians do best: simple, uncomplicated, delicious food.
Al Posto Fisso is not a steak house. It does grill huge slices of Kobe-style beef. The guys take you through exactly everything they have that evening and the options/variations.
Delicious meat. Great wine. Knowledgable, passionate staff.
Go and enjoy it. Simply fantastic.

Wonderfully prepared food, warm and inviting atmosphere, and very affordable. The sea bass was excellent. Gnocchi was good, felt at home. If you enjoy authentic and not stuffy, this "real" spot won't let you down.

We arrived in Mira (stayed in an apartment around the corner from Al Giardinetto) early evening, and decided to walk here for a light dinner.
They were very busy with a bustling, friendly atmosphere.
We ordered a beer, along with just a salad and a pizza to share. The salad - with boiled egg, tuna, olives, and more - was excellent. Pizza - mushroom and onion - was booked in the brick oven in the corner of the restaurant and was also very good.
The staff was friendly and helpful, although their English was not perfect and we do not parle Italiano. :)
At the end of dinner, we had a good discussion about the various Amaro's with the bartender, and ended up finding one which became one of our favorites - Vecchio Amaro del Capo. A little on the sweeter side, but not too sweet.
Overall a very pleasant, simple dinner in a great atmosphere.
