This is a truly incredible gastronomic experience. We took the surprise menu (I think 5 surprises) with the superior wine choice. We drank some really interesting wines and the food was just breathtaking. It was a beautiful day so we had an aperitif on the Terrace before going in for the lunch. We also had dessert out on the Terrace. Each course was local produce that was so much more than you ever believed a simple dish could be. The prices reflect the quality of the whole experience but well, well worth it.

The only restaurant located on the ski slopes open also in the evening !! Open from mid-December to mid-April each year
We came for lunch with a group of 10 (reserved at 13:30) came 5 early and ordered immediately. They served drinks and one soup quickly - had some resistance on the regular water (no sales). After many reminders and after all the other tables where served before us we received our food after 1 hour waiting! Two of the tartiflette’s were served too cold. After our complaints the waiter responded very poorly- he claimed it was very busy (it was not) and that the others were not served before us.... the best and only reaction should have been “sorry for the inconvenience”. We will not come here again while we have been here 4 times before and could have been good clients for the rest of this week. Staff instructions and training can help.

I recently visited with a group of friends, and the restaurant was amazing. Being in the Mountains we were all keen to try the Fondue, and also the smoked raclette. From start to finish we were looked after incredibly. The atmosphere was buzzing, the service was excellent and so was the wine. Definitely worth a visit if you are staying in Val Thorens.

We came here for dinner last Wednesday as it was our Chalet Host's night off. Having looked on Tripadvisor prior to going on holiday we decided to book Pub La Ferme and I am glad we did. We had booked for 7pm and when we arrived the restaurant was empty so we were a little dubious. However we need not have worried. Within the hour every table was full! The food is great. We chose the 28 Euro menu which gives you three courses. There is a really good choice and the portion sizes are really big! There is a good wine list and also some nice cocktail choices. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back!

Located between Les Menuires and Val Thorens, in the largest ski area in the world, the 3 Valleys, our alpine restaurant Chalet Chez Pepe Nicolas is open throughout the winter season afternoon and evening (Wednesday to Saturday). True alpine chalet, our restaurant has been completely renovated and directed in 2014. It will offer an authentic atmosphere, in a place out of time.
We had lunch twice in one week at Chez Pepe Nicolas and it was really good every time. Every detail fits at Pepe Nicolas : it combines the rural mountain atmosphere with hipness. It's almost like a filmset. Blankets against the cold and straw hats against the sun are provided.
You can have an aperitif or coffee on the Terrace with a stunning view of the Lac du Lou valley. And you can continue the pleasure by having a meal. Service is friendly and quick. It's recommended to make a reservation as it can get busy. It is accessible by car (+ 150m walk), by ski or on foot (snow rackets). In the summertime it is a bio farm, you can buy locally produced cheese in the shop all year round.

We ate twice here in our week. Great friendly staff and a fantastic menu. Loads to chose from and at very reasonable prices. Try the local specialities if you can. Delicious. I would book though as it was always busy. You can sit outside during the day too. Fab for the kids.

Christophe and Julie invite you to spend a pleasant moment in a very warm, elegant, and totally revisited restaurant. Here, a dynamic team and very welcoming offer you a traditional mountain kitchen, and some Savoyard specialties, pizzas. Enough to satisfy all tastes!
Honestly it’s been a while since I have been so enthusiast about a restaurant.
We were looking for a place to have dinner for my son’s 10th birthday and had several options in les Bruyères.
When we walked in to make a reservation we were welcomed warmly by the owner who made every effort to accommodate us.
He not only was very flexible on the time of arrival but also went out of his way to have a special birthday cake for my son. He made no promises but he delivered.
When we arrived we were welcomed warmly again by the staff who greeted Thibaut (my son) warmly.
Every member of the staff was super friendly despite the hectic time of day in the peak season. The desert arrived and 4 members of the staff including the owner sang the birthday song to my son, and every staff member who walked by wished him a happy birthday.
So service was excellent.
Now the food:
It was absolutely superb! The raclette was delicious and super copious given that we have a 1/4 of a whole raclette cheese for 3, and the truffle cheese fondue was excellent as well. Even the side salad had a great walnut taste.
And the cheesecake that they prepared for my son was one of the best we’ve had in French restaurants. Don’t worry you can order it by the slice normally.
The restaurant atmosphere is also warm and nicely decorated which made a very special dinner for my son and all of us.
Congratulation to the whole team, you definitely deserve to be a top ranked restaurant in les Menuires!
We will come back next year.

Hotel, Restaurant L'Ours Blanc, (Directly under the Doron chairlift, past the green section for children, on your far left as you ski down towards Les Menuires centre), Makes your lunch break worthwhile, on its panoramic Terrace or in the bar/restaurant, from midday to 2.15pm. Various salads and starters, fine grilled meats, homemade pasta dishes, a truffle bar, specialities and homemade desserts. Steve CASALI, the chef, is "Maître restaurateur." Boot warmers and slippers, for your comfort.
We have eaten at the Lours Blanc restaurant for the past two weeks and the food has just been amazing, every meal something special. The chef Steven Casali and his team create gastronomic delights in the kitchen every lunch and evening. It’s difficult to mention one meal in particular as everything is so memorable, even the starters are so well prepared and presented, the desserts are just wonderful. The main courses are a delight and the meat can be cooked to your specification if required, do not be afraid to ask for your meat to be well done, just ask. The waiters and waitresses are very attentive and provide an excellent service. The whole atmosphere is professional whilst still feeling friendly and relaxed.

The main course food was good but the Seating was uncomfortable, narrow upright benches and we were squashed in. I thought the choice was limited, especially for vegetarians, not enough vegetables, desserts were not brilliant. As always food portion sizes were far too big. I would go back.
