A very enjoyable experience - due to family connections have been traveling to Dunbeg for years. Accommodation is located opposite the bar - number of apartments and access to a separate living room and kitchen - en suite double bedroom.
A family atmosphere - a relaxing break and well worth visit to the bar for proper Guinness.

We provide good food and good value. A taste of Ireland with a bit of an American Twist. Casual dining. Dress Casual. Family friendly. Follow us on Facebook as well.
We had lunch here twice duing our holiday. The dishes we had were : Sicilian pasta with salad, Seafood salad platter, Scampi, Salmon, Cheesecake, Rhubarb and apple
crumble. All dishes were great and one could not find fault with any of them even if
one would want to. Even if you do feel you had enough after just the main course
then do make a pig of yourself and have one of the Deserts as these are beyond
excellent. Service is very friendly and the place has a nice ambience.

My husband and I enjoyed dinner in Morrissey's on Saturday night. He had the crab claws which were delicious and surprisingly large portion. I had scampi which were so tasty and again a big portion size. The staff were lovely and efficient. You can't reserve a table and they take last orders at 21:30. It is very inviting and beautifully decorated. They totally deserve their Bib Gourmand award.

Had a super meal here last night. 37 women wanted to finish the kilkee season with good food and good wine The food was all served quickly and efficiently and was absolutely delicious. Our starters were smoked salmon, calamari, crab claws, mussels, and salad. Main courses were rib eye steak, scampi and chicken. All were delicious served with baked potato or chips, salad or veg and sauces. The staff were amazing and great thanks to the chef for feeding us all at the same time and to Elaine for making us all so welcome. Thanks for a super night.

Located on the beautiful cliff walk in Kilkee with breath taking views, serving breakfast, sandwiches, soup, chowder, pizza, fish & chips, seafood plate. All desserts are home made. Traditional Sunday lunch.
Chowder was just what we needed after a walk on the cliffs. The weather and the sea were wild and we just got a table by the window. Food was delicious. Plenty to choose from and for the kiddies. Good value. Busy spot but will definitely return the next time we are in Kilkee.

00 353 86 88 04 946 is tel number I think. It's a great little coffee shop
This café in Vandaleur Street is ideal for a catch up with friends. It is comfortable and unhurried with a good range of snacks and drinks. There is usually a good display of handicrafts too. I love going there for a break during shopping trips.

stopped here on the way back to ennis after day out by Kilrush kilkee, pretty average food, we had the pizza which was eatable but nothing to write on here about! the garlic bread with cheese was a big let down, half a frozen garlic baguette with some processed orange stuff on it (we saved it for the dog waiting patiently in the car). the server didn't smile once and looked like he'd rather not be there :( also the Seating area could do with a total refit, really shabby worn look to the seats and names carved into the tables. food is quite pricey too, meal deal €8 pizza chip and drink in ennis (apache) only €5.
