My parents visited from Ireland 2 weeks ago now and my Mother is very seriously dairy intolerant and my Dad also gluten free. It was quite a busy lunch the waitress from Poland or Sweden could not quite understand our questions so the Head Chef also from Ireland came out with a folder that included photos of the entire menu and allergies. This was great so we could discuss first hand what was the best choice for my parents :) Very professional and well organised. Never seen this before anywhere for allergy issues with guests. Highly reccomend. Ask to speak with Karl the Head Chef he was a real gentleman and a pleasure to speak with.

I have been coming to this restaurant for many moons and it is fantastic, the quality rivals anything you would get from Perth.
Has Karratha prices so your looking $100+ for two people if you have entree and drinks but the decor, service and quality of the food is the best in Karratha.

Being a Club member of Jamaica Blue, I do whenever possible support it. Therefore, whilst Touring our great Western Australia I was pleased to find, this far North, a Jamaica Blue venue. Also, as August is my Birthday month, and given that Jamaica Blue generously celebrate it by giving you, the Member, a Free Coffee and Cake of you choice made the find that much more satisfying.
When my wife and I entered the premises we were greeted with a smile as always, but that's where the Customer Service stopped! I approached the young lady I was directed to and advised that as it was my Birthday Month and that I had left my Club Card at home could she identify me via the "system". Yes was the positive response, provided I could give my Membership Number. I advised the person that I was a Member of many International, Interstate and Intrastate Loyalty Clubs and just did not remember all of Membership Numbers. Her response to that was, "Well if you can remember your name I'll look it up". So I gave my name as that was all that was required. I could not be located! I offered my middle name but was shocked to be told, "There's too many of you - I don't have the time". I offered my ID and other solutions but they were unacceptable. We placed our request and my wife used her Membership Card and we paid and waited at a table of our choice. We waited ... and we waited. Eventually some or our "order" was plonked on our table and without a word the person walked off. We assumed to bring the balance of our request. After a respectful time I approached the counter and pointed out that we were missing an item. It was to the same person that had taken my initial order. She requested the receipt so I returned to the table, got the receipt and showed it to her. no apology, no comment as to what she was doing she just vanished and returned stating that it would be out shortly! In fairness, what we did order was up to the standard we enjoy back home in Perth ... I just wish I could say the same for the Customer service. Perhaps this is the way we are heading. Karratha is a reasonably large place, it probably has a decent size population but it still would have to rely on the Tourist influx to push its Seasonal sales. Luckily for me I do have a choice - next time I shall exercise it! Consequently I cannot recommend it with its current Staff's attitude.

Up until about 6 weeks ago, we'd not had one bad experience at Soul. We'd attended for a family breakfast ( 2 adults, 3 school aged children) at least once every 3 weeks for a year. I'm not sure if something has happened or there...MoreHi there, Sorry for the delay in responding. We were having some staffing issues for a couple of months which have now been resolved. We hope you have had a chance to come back in and visit us with a better experience.

On our recent visit to the restaurant it wasn't busy. The service was friendly & efficient. Food was delicious we chose butter chicken, rogan josh lamb & tikka masala chicken along with rice & breads. The dishes were expensive for the quantity but the quality was very good. Suitable for all dietary requirements & accessible for less able people. Undercover parking is available.

We had breakfast here today on our stop over in Karratha for one night. It is a bustling small eatery which was slightly challenging to find from the address alone. Breakfast menu was extensive with something to please everyone. We had pork belly Benedict each...MoreThank you for your feedback. Very expensive yogurt. OK for a novelty but too expensive for regular family visits. Fresh fruit toppings healthy not so for the sweets!
