Very beautiful waterfall, very slippy in places so wear good footwear. I went in dive boots. The guides are good, and will show you the route. We did hear someone fell the day before us and broke / very badly sprained an ankle and had to be stretchered out. Try and time your visit so you aren't there when the big boats dock. we were lucky in this regard and only had another couple of groups. at peak times we were told the queue to get in is huge and there will be dozens of people all over the falls. Also be careful on the way out, the little shop keepers can be quite aggressive trying to sell you knick knacks.

A beautiful garden thoughtfully designed and cared for by Ras, his brilliant wife Tamika, and son Ayale, and friends. So many gorgeous plants and flowers, surprise vignettes set in the "carved out of rock" terraces, along with Ras's artistic touches make this garden and gallery a unique place well worth a visit.
An added bonus is their resident Doctor Bird named Rudy who enjoys following you around whirring and chirping, displaying his vibrant colors and long scissor tail, especially when being fed nectar from a bottle. There are lots of other native and some migrating birds as well.
Admission is $35 per person and transportation can be arranged by Tamika but it's not included in admission.
I'd definitely recommend visiting and allow about 3 hours for a leisurely experience.

Come experience a little thrill and adventure, getting to see breathtaking views, and doing optional jumps on the way down, through a Jamaican jungle! The river is refreshing, and the views are once in a lifetime, it is a experience you won't regret, or soon forget!
I can’t say enough great things about visiting the blue hole yesterday! Our whole family loved it! Our guide Darren made us all feel at ease and helped the little kids and my parents! He was such a great guide! Truly patient and attentive to all! I highly recommend him and the Blue Hole!

What a wonderful community church. The made us feel very welcome during the Sunday mass. There was visitors from all around the world in attendance and everyone was made to feel a part of their service. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to get a shuttle from our resort.

Located on Negril's West End, these dramatic and soaring cliffs were used as a backdrop for the James Bond film "Thunderball."
I did a cliff dive at Rick's bar. Just remember to take all your jewelry off and all the money out of your pocket. I ended up donating $150 to the local kids and the ocean because I didn't. Good time there

We were at the Original Mayfield falls, which I didn’t realize there’s another company that runs tours from the other side of the river as well. The Rasta village that is referred to and shown in some of the pictures is not at the “original” falls.
After walking down the long hill from the parking lot, we paid our entrance fees and we immediately asked if we wanted to order lunch (it was about 10:30 am). We asked if we could wait until after we did the falls to decide but were told we had to decide before we left so it could be prepared. A bit odd but okay, we ordered lunch, which was a bit expensive but we figured there weren’t many other options nearby.
We were paired with a guide who was friendly and very helpful, especially with my parents who had some difficulty navigating some sections of the falls. About half way through the tour though, he began to talk about his tip to the point it was distracting from our enjoyment.
The falls are small but pretty and it’s fun to go through but I would say not nearly as much fun as the Blue Hole/Fern Gully falls. The meal was okay but nothing special. The climb back up the hill to the parking lot was not fun!
Overall it was an enjoyable experience but I would not recommend the lunch and hopefully your guide won’t harass you too much for a large tip (but be prepared!)

Reach Falls are beautiful and its so much fun climbing up them. Our guide book says its strenuous, its not, but you do need beach shoes as the rocks can be tricky. Our guide was great though and even carried our camera, so there are some hilarious pictures of us scrambling through Waterfalls and swimming in the crystal water.

Beautiful series of Waterfalls just off the Black River, lined with plenty of picnic areas for pleasant afternoon lunches al fresco.
This natural phenomenon has been well developed to make it a great place to visit. The steps make it easy to get to the best viewpoints to see the Waterfalls. Lots of people were swimming in the pools and having a great time. There is a restaurant. We ate at the restaurant - the Smoked Marlin Salad was great. So was the Rum Punch.
