Amazing Taste, it's so mouth watering, best place to have Italian food in Jamshedpur. The view from restaurant is so cool and romantic, we loved being here and enjoyed a lot. Overall good experience to be here.

Such a shame when you expect a good strong coffee to be handed a glass with coffee so weak you can see through it. It got a bit better after asking for an extra shot but not much. Also by Indian standards very expensive and really slow service.

Equinox was inspired by the perfection in nature, the moment when a balance is struck between day and night. A speciality restaurant where the flavour of Oriental and Indian cuisines are crafted to perfection at the kitchen which is on display. Its rich furnishings, ideally illuminated alcoves, subdued lighting are all in addition to the ingredients, which play out their parts to create vibrantly enticing artistry of food. Lunch: 12:00pm to 03:30pm Dinner: 07:30pm to 11:30pm
Visited this place for a family dinner with around 15 people last week of June.May be we arrived at wrong place at wrong time, our experience was not good at all, both at service and food.
Location is good, near Bistupur market.1st impression and ambience is good.1st of all it looks that most of the hotel staffs are either new or not professionaly trained to handle big groups. We ordered 2 type of soup, veg and non veg with vej and non veg starter, non veg soup arrives with starter but there were no sign of veg soup (presisely it was tomato soup),when non veg people were completing their soup (or may few have completed too) then tomato soup arrives.Problem with service continues through out the dinner. In the last then had done such a mistake which we can't expect from restaurant of this standard. We had ordered 5 plate of gravy noodles, during serving we had counted and even asked them about quantity and the waiter in service said 4 and suddenly when we were in last phase of meal another waiter came and said that 5 plates has been served, what is this? After calling both and talking they said that it was their mistake,it was only 4,this is the way they handle big group!!!Now come to taste, chicken sweet corn soup was ok,tandoori chilly chicken and another kabab (forgot the name] was good, another starter with corn was ok.The most disappointed was Chinese, gravy noodles was not worth at all, gravy should be on top but they had totally mix it with noodle ,also ordered 2 type of gravy chicken in Chinese sauce but didnt find them anything special.

My favourite restaurant in Jamshedpur
They have the best Hyderabadi Biryani in town and while in college we visited at least once a week. Also the phirni is to die for
The Hyderabadi Biryani is really spicy!
Service however is a little slow and on weekends you might have to wait a while to get a table.
A great family dinner or lunch place!

Tub of chicken, coke and friends and you got the perfect small party. Nice place, keeping the taste of KFC Chicken to its best.

In search of top food places in Jamshedpur,I had visited franks with cousins last month. Its situated in Bistupur near Kamani centre,we arrived very late, around 9:30 pm so parking was not a problem. It has a small interence,no big sign boards etc.Just after entering I felt that we are in 80s or early 90s,from ambience to furnitures, staffs to crockeris, every things remind me of old age, when we were kids. There were hardly 4-5 table occupied,we took a table and ordered, one of my cousin was regular to this place so he ordered without seeing the menu card,as the waiter said that last order time is 10pm so we orderd starter and mains together. We ordered Chicken chilly dry, chicken garlic and chicken sweet corn soup in starter and hakka noodles, gravy noodles, chicken chilly gravy and chicken manchuriun for mains. It took around half an hour for our started to arrive, there was only 2 waiters to serve and looks only one or 2 chef to cook.1st food for those tables arrived which had ordered before us and then our arrived. But when the starter arrived we very much forgot the long wait, soup was good and so as chilly chicken and garlic chicken, hot and spicy, after completing the starter the main course arrive soon, gravy noodles were excellent and hakka noodles was good too, chilly chicken gravy and manchurian was good too.Overall it was a good dinner with affordable price. It is recommended to those who are not fuzzy about ambience and service but about food.
#Now they accept cards too,i paid using card.
