Our restaurant has become the only place in Gozo which offers such a savouring view of the Mgarr Harbor, Fort Chambrey and the three sister Islands, Kemmuna, Kemmunett and Malta When it comes to wedding events, we pit all our efforts into creating a personalized reception. The clubhouse -Burger 804<br>As a Gozitan I always dreamt of all those burger joints we watch on American tv having the best mouth watering burgers with all the ingredients you wish for not just the typical salad and cheese.Growing up the idea still in my head but telling the truth it was in the back of my mind but realistically thought it will never happen. 2011 was the beginning of the clubhouse a local football club in Ghajnsielem which caught our eye as a primary location for our first time business experience. With just a huge renovation and a basic menu made from scratch we began our adventure trying to built a local clientele and a maltese base clients.<br>With just 7 years of experience in this industry we started the first year and have to say it turned out to be successful with a simple basic menu.as the first year had gone by we started to think of how can we even get our business even bigger and after some thinking it was clear that my childhood dream although it had faded a little was to become a reality. After some thinking I just made a pretty vast menu in burgers and from the two burgers we had initially on the first menu we went to 14 burgers. In the meantime we started making our own patties with an 80/20 meat to fat ratio.<br><br>The new burger menu went down well with our customers,maltese started raving about our quality and cost of our new burgers. Witness of this is our great comments we have on trip advisor page. After the sucsess we had with the burgers it was our time now to give something back to those in need, in December 2014 we broke the record for the biggest burger in the maltese island with the record standing a 98kg we wrote our name in the maltese record books, with the same burger being sold and all proceedings went to puttinu foundation.<br><br>2016 was the year for another menu change we introduced some new traditional dishes such as braised lamb,horse stew,octopus stew.We went from dry pasta to fresh home made garganelli and spaghetti,we introduced also the marinara pancakes,stuffed pork loin and Chicken Roulade along with our daily fresh soup and weekly specialities mosty meat.<br><br>As we start 2017 our aim will continue to be upgrading our services and always giving you the best<br><br>Rubert Azzopardi<br>Chef patron.
