A modern mirobrewery in the old post office, this place offers a themed menu that rotates during the week. I had the roast beef (steak served on a hot stone for you to cook yourself, the rump steak (cooked by the kitchen) and the Flammkuchen. All first rate. Good Deserts too, though the Liverworst soup was a bit oddly presented but very tasty.
Excellent beer, of course.

Think people overrated this place a bit. Food is okay but nothing special - I can recommend the Gulasch.

The best location for having a relaxed evening in Frankenthal. Hugh menu for different brands of vodka and whiskey plus good wine from local viniculturists. Additional to a drink you need something to eat. Here I would recommend the FT-Burger Classic or better Mammut FT-Burger Classic. Try it and you will probably like it.

The place is fine and well located. The beer options are also fine and the Schnitzel is always a safe option. Unfortunately they are not that flexible when you want something different from the standard dishes.

Nice place with nice people. Good steak options but a limited variety of beers. The main negative aspect is that they do not accept cards.

The best Italian restaurant in Frankenthal. Located in a very central place, the pasta options are just great. I strongly recommend the "Tagliatelle al Salmone" or even the "Carbonara". The people are also extremely nice, making the experience even more pleasant.

The restaurant is well located (in front of the Wormser Tor) and very beautiful, however the food and service could be better. I tried a very standard option in order to compare with the other Italian restaurants in the city (Spaghetti Carbonara) and the result was below the expectation. It is a nice place to come with friends and have some beers, but if you are really interested in a good Italian food, you might be a little disappointed as I was...

My first night in town I was looking for somewhere to eat and this was the nearest to my hotel. It is pleasantly situated in a small square, unfortunately dominated by parking, but the style and interior are very traditional.
The menu is dominated by Greek food, but there were enough traditional German dishes to keep me happy, and I had a good meal, well served.

Very nice restaurant from outside and inside, also enough parking space and nice lights
We (4 persons) had a dinner, restaurant was half full, very kind waiter gave us a nicely decorated table next to the window. Nice and quiet big wine card, the rest is also ok. But the most important for us was food and it was absolutely great!! First they gave us "grüß aus der Küche" what nobody expected, then we had very tasty soups and carpaccio as starters - very good
Steaks with kräuterbutter, pork cheeks and fish, everything was balanced, like harmony on the plate! Outstanding
Before main dish they served us salads, also very good taste
We were waiting for our main dish like 45min, but with this gift first and then starters and salads it was perfect, you just want more!
For dessert we had eis cream and "arme ritter" also very good and nice served
We will definitely come back to eat because everything was great!
