Piccola osteria a conduzione familiare, propone ricette tradizionali e rivisitate della campagna romagnola in un'atmosfera rustico-romantica d'altri tempi.
We went to this restaurant after Reading a positive review in the Italian newspaper La Stampa, and it did not disappoint in any way. From when you enter you are enchanted by the ambience and decor ... a lot of care and attention to detail has been shown in displaying items such as a collection of framed vintage postcards, old railway timetables, kitchen utensils like old coffee grinders and more, all beautifully placed and apparently collected from local flea markets over a number of years. "Binari" means railway tracks which are near the restaurant. The food is excellent, innovative and well presented. Dishes we enjoyed: potato flan filling (no pastry) with gorgonzola, selection of local cheeses with honey, yoghurt and quince paste (in particular we wanted to try Scoparolo, a semi-mature which was delicious), sea-bass fillet baked in foil and risotto with small fresh water crustaceans, chocolate pudding with orange reduction. We drank the local Pignoletto white wine and dessert was accompanied by a glass of Centesimino late harvest red. Total cost 80 Euro which also included excellent bread rolls and breadsticks, crudites with olive oil, one espresso coffee and mineral water. Nicole, the waitress, was attentive and capable. All in all an enjoyable evening and definitely an address to consider for gourmands visiting the area.

Prepare to have your mind blown. I had a 9-course tasting menu with a wine flight to accompany. The food is incredibly imaginative and, of course, delicious. The service is likewise outstanding. Really one of the best, immersive, impressive, and personalized culinary experiences I have ever had. Thats where those Michelin stars come from.

This place seems to me to be a family run place. Just a short walk of the square, worth the walk.
Ate here with my family this past summer and we had a very enjoyable dinner. My son and I started off with the cold cuts plate which was enormous. My wife had the fried zucchini flowers, which was unique. For my second I had the tagliata manzo al forno which was outstanding.
Service was friendly and professional, and the language was no problem. Highly recommended.

Let your mind wander from refined, bright and warm atmosphere of our restaurant Cinque Cucchiai, in the shade of our old oak tree: you will taste the delicious fish and meat dishes created for you by our chefs, getting lost in the depths of green lawns, rose Gardens, orchards and hills at the horizon.
Faenza is one of the most sophisticated towns in Romagna, and its splendid 'Museo delle Ceramiche' alone would be worth a detour, if you are in the area. Until a few years ago, there wasn't a proper high-level restaurant in Faenza to celebrate the great gastronomic tradition of Romagna; now the 'Cinque Cucchiai', a name that descends from a typical dessert of the place, bears this honor. It's a very pleasant place near the 'Le Cicogne' and the Golf Club Faenza, which means that you can see the occasional stork flying by and the manicured greens of the golf club are easy on the eyes. Fish is a specialty, but we preferred to order classic 'Tagliatelle alla Bolognese' and 'Tournedos', both excellent and well prepared. The maitre and waiters were all quite nice and the place is well-lit and airy: the bill, at the end, was quite reasonable. The only criticism is that we came there on a Sunday at lunch, the place was packed (a sign of success) and therefore quite noisy, but this is only a minor glitch for a very nice place that deserves a visit anyway.

What a find! We researched this place on trip advisor whilst planning our Italian motorbike trip. However when we arrived at our hotel were ecstatic when we found out it was on the same street!! The food and service is exceptional. The owner Ale was so friendly and helped us choose what to eat. We could tell he was passionate about his food and it showed! We stopped late afternoon for a snack and ended up going back just before he closed for more! We tried the classic piadina (Italian flatbread) which is a traditional local cuisine and also 2 other variations which were a kind of wrap and a Sandwich of sorts. We even had a desert which was a piadina filled with Nutella! Yummy :) the Parma ham was the best we have ever tasted and all the ingredients were lovely quality and so fresh. This place is a little Gem and a must when visiting this charming town.

good food with the great atmosphear of being in Mexico. You get lots of food and they make it all by them selves... Open from 18 - 22 monday - sunday. The resturant is small, so if you're many people eating togehter you should prebook. And be aware that if you're driving i to Ravenna - that there are surten streets with traffic limiteds so you have to drive around - best way is past the tomb and strait on...use og GPRS is useful ;-) Bon apetit!

This place is on a really small lake next to the Saline of Cervia. The piadina is home made at the moment of your order and all the ingredients are fresh and tasty.
We had Porchetta and Pecorino, Cotto and Fontina, Porcellum, Sfigorona (or something similar with pepperoni, aubergines,...) and we drank a Salina beer: a beer with the sweet Cervia salt.
Everything perfect. If you have time and they are not busy, have a chat with the staff, helpful and wishing to tell you about touristic attractions and traditions.

Service is friendly and fast, the food is average. The piadina it was too dry, with tasteless cheese filling.

We ate here with some friends of us and eventually became addicted. Actually we established home in Milano Marittima, which'll be ready next spring. So we are planning to spend a lot of time there, and, YES, the good mood and friendly welcome of Mi.Ma. beach is REALLY inspiring us. Not to speak of fresh, homemade food, sooo tipical of the romagna coast! Wonderful place, if you know what I mean...
