Lovely menu in this family run restaurant. You are literally eating in a converted house so there is a garden for kid's to play. Food is original an din good weather tables are set up on the Terrace and in the garden. One of my favourite restaurants in Montevideo. Not cheap. Great to go walking afterwards on the beach. Original menu with things you won't find elsewhere and good wines..

I've been going here for the past 7 years or so and go back every time I'm in town.
If you're looking for something fancy or romantic, steer clear. This is a great place to eat great pasta, but it is not elegant nor cozy. Having said this, the food is, in fact, incredible.
For some reason, when the plate gets to your table, it feels like an excellent home cooked meal. It could be because you can tell their pasta is made right there with fresh ingredients.
I highly recommend it to anyone not expecting a fancy restaurant but willing to eat very well and for moderate prices.
Good for solo, family, and friends as it can be a bit noisy.

Food is superb and there you can enjoy of a tranquil familiar environment. Specialty pizza has an outstanding smoky flavor that complements perfectly with the rich sauce and crunchy crust.

Insider knowledge says that these are the best cakes in town, and our small sampling backs that suggestion. Along with a great selection of teas, friendly service and the lovely garden cottage atmosphere, it is no wonder that it was crowded on a lovely Spring Saturday afternoon.

Dined here during our day in Montevideo - a stop on our South American cruise to Antarctica. Our guide recommended we dine here and the restaurant did not disappoint. The service was a bit slow, but the room is beautifully designed and decorated, views to the sea were wonderful and the food quite good. I look forward to returning and spending more time and exploring this vibrant South American city.

The service is great, always someone that speaks English too. They are great with kids, plastic cups and good highchairs. Food is a great price and excellent. Baby beef is to die for. We go in summer and winter and for lunch or dinner.

A hidden gem. A relaxed rustic environment, with the appeal of country style. With a big wooden fireplace taking center stage.
Ideal for Sunday lunch with your family. Or a date night out for couples in a more relaxed environment.
Make sure to make Reservations early on, otherwise you
