We visited this restaurant one evening whilst staying at the Sheraton Deva resort.
I can recommend eating here. Cheaper that eating at the resort, I suggest asking about the fresh seafood options. These proved to be very nice, and my teenage son had the venison which also received his vote of approval. The dessert options were solid as well.
Particularly high marks for the service. Of course you can navigate the menu in French if you wish. The host, however, was extremely helpful and happy to help in fluent English.
Prices? Reasonable for the food and New Caledonia. It was 19,000 XPF for the four of us to have mains and desserts, as well as wine, beer and soft drink.

We were staying at the Sheraton and returning from Bourail. The short detour (5km) to Poe Beach was well worth the effort. Lunch here is very informal but an ideal location 10m from the beach with welcoming service. Food is average but not overpriced. A good location for access to the lagoon. Service is provided from a small hut and hot meals cooked on a Weber. We had an enjoyable 'snack' with a couple of better priced beers! We would certainly recommend this venue as there is little else in the area other than the Sheraton. It was a fair and a different alternative.

we were an australian family of 3 staying at 20 kms away at the luxurious sheraton hotel deva resort and spa. when we got sick of outrageously expensive and not very good hotel food we decide to give pizza nera a go. we drove one evening and when we got there we realised that it was operating out of someones house and that it was take away only. we explained our situation to the french owner and he kindly allowed us to eat in in their kitchen. it was sensational pizza with great service and an unexpected gem. we strongly reccomend it and as one of the owners said they are the best pizza in new Caledonia. they are possible right!

The Reef is a Feast restaurant located within the Sheraton Deva and Spa Resort. We ate here several times during a weeks holiday with a choice of cuisine on each day. Breakfast is a buffet with a cooked and cold selection. Freshly squeezed juices and French pastries are a treat. Lunch and dinner served each evening offer a buffet or a"la carte at reasonable prices - recommend the venison - and also offer themed nights eg ltalian dishes and superb pizza's. Customer service was fast, friendly and warming. Tips not expected.

We stayed at the Sheraton Deva Resort and Spa where the Creek Bar is located. We were pleasantly surprised with their full bar service with delicious cocktails and cold beer and snacks. The "snacks" were like a full meal and moderately priced. A bowl of olives to snack on was put on our table as soon as we sat down, followed by French crusty bread. We ate there on two occasions during our stay. We had spaghetti bolognaise, carbonara and a cheese burger with fries which was a meal in itself. A great place to eat, drink and meet friends. Piped music plays at most times with a small band playing traditional music on Friday evenings - Service was fast, courteous and friendly - Bonsoir Amandine

Feet in the sand, the sound of water, ringside view of the lagoon, enticing smells, and of course the unique taste of fresh products ... Come stimulate your senses at Sand Beach Grill.
The place is worth by itself, the tables of the restaurant being sat on the white sands of Poe's UNESCO classified lagoon.
Food by itself has nothing of exceptional. Just honest, and portions are scarce.
The swimming pool access is limited only to the hotel customers, so you aren't permitted to relax on the deckchairs after lunch. (Anyway the beach access is free)
