A beautiful meal in a beautiful restaurant. Although the dining room isn’t big we were seated at a corner table so weren’t really overlooked by other diners. It was very comfortable.
The food was wonderful, from the garlic prawns starter to the tiramisu dessert and of course the wonderful wine.
The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable. We will most certainly be back!!

The Peak was recommended to us by our b & b hosts and it did not disappoint. Amazing view of the bay. We all ate different meals and all thought the quality was excellent especially the lobster and mussels. Staff were very friendly and we can't wait to go back

The Gaslight Inn with fully Licensed Restaurant and B&B sit's on the cliff face overlooking Donegal Bay, The Blue Stack Mountains and the blue flag beach of Rossnowlagh. At The Gaslight we offer superb food and hospitality in true Irish tradition.
I was here last month with my husband and two children. I rang ahead and booking and we just got in the door before they gave our table away. We were seated at a table near kitchen which wasn't ideal but anywhere else would have awkward with a high chair. The food was gorgeous but I felt very anxious everytime the baby cried or looked for attention. It was stressful for us but the staff were great. I found dessert menu limited and expensive but I will be back again but I will have a sitter booked

Located on Bayview Terrace if you are approaching from sligo drive into Bundoran and take the first left after the Allingham Arms Hotel and the Restaurant is situated 50 metres further up on the righr hand side in a quiet residential Cul de sac. If you are approaching from Ballyshannon drive throught the town and take the left after the little Church that is beside The Bridge Bar.
The food is excellent. The kids had very nice pizzas. The seafood pasta had authentic Italian flavours and they produced delicious home made Italian desserts. Staff were friendly and attentive. The only thing that let it down was the decor. Black paint everywhere!

Stopped for lunch in what looks from the outside an ordinary enough bar. Left completely satisfied following good food, good atmosphere and friendly staff. We tried crab on sourdough with broccoli soup and open ham Sandwich which were both delicious. Good fries too. Recommend it!

It is the restaurant of Fitzgerald's Hotel, which is allready listed in Trip Advisor's hotel section
The Bistro is, by far, the best restaurant in Bundoran! Lovely ambience, good menu and superb food. Would definitely recommend this eatery, especially for a special occasion. The staff are also excellent & I always enjoy John's enthuastic description of the Specials - he also knows his wines! Go on - treat yourself, but remember to book in advance.

Smuggler's Creek Inn is an Award-Winning Restaurant & Bar with Accommodation. It is situated on a cliff edge with breathtaking panoramic views over Rossnowlagh beach and Donegal Bay. The interior is decorated with seafaring theme, natural stone walls, original timber floors and beams. It's a very popular destination for locals & tourists alike.
Celebrating special occasion and made them aware.food over-rated overpriced, no customer care,, Booked couldn't find booking, placed on bar table barely in Restaurant, requested umptween times for window table with view, excuses such as kept for Residents only, booked earlier than you, four windows. I had trout sized for a four year old, with pasta/rice dish, had to order more food to compensate. Although we had booked, and in advanced told them about our 10th Wedding Anniversary and my 63rd birthday on Sept 1st, and this was special for us, that is how we were treated. It was worse seeing that tables that we requested weren't even filled during the time it took us to have our meal, and to make it even better they tried to charge for coffee we never had. I never had such bad customer care experience in my now 63rd year, so its all about them making money from the sea views capitalising on the visitors coming to the area shame on you.

Nirvana restaurant is now back under the management of the Kelly family. We look forward to meeting and greeting all our old friends and welcoming new faces to Ballyshannon. We are sure that you will enjoy our fine dining in the rear portion of the restaurant or our casual dining in the front of house. In either case you will be well catered for by our widely experienced local Chefs - Graham Lynch and David McCadden
We found this lovely restaurant on our way home after a very wet and cold day in Donegal. Stopping in Ballyshannon town we asked a local for any restaurant open at 5.30pm on a Sunday. They recommended Nirvana. it's quite hidden down a side Mall off the main street. Quite a find! Wet, cold and hungry, with no booking, we were welcomed as if we were regulars although we fell in before they had really opened!. There is an excellent varied menu and the Early Bird represents very good value. We enjoyed great service from Bernie. They can be busy so book ahead. Recommended

It is situated in a quiet part of town. Close to the cinema.. It was about 9.30pm on a Friday evening and there wasn't too many people in. The restaurant advertised a special.. Any starter any main dish pilau or boiled rice and a bottle of beer.. €19.95.. We went for the special.. We both truly enjoyed the meals. They were fresh and cooked perfectly.. We were also given complimentary poppadoms while we waited. The staff was friendly and very attentive.. It offers a good takeaway menu too. It will now be our regular Indian restaurant whenever we return to Bundoran.. I wish it was back home in the uk so we could use it more often.. First class Indian food. First class staff. Clean and warm surroundings..

Ate here three times while visiting Bundoran. Pork chops once: a bit too dry but decent sides and acceptable. Breakfast second time: 'traditional Irish breakfast'--average and decent. Take away fish 'n chips third time: very tasty, especially tasty and well-cooked chips. I would visit again on a return visit.
