I am regular visitor to Havelibevery time I visit Norway. My recent visit to this lovely restaurant was on Sunday 02 Oct 2016 for a birthday dinner. An ideal Indian theme dining joint well located in Asker town. The ambience is just right for any occassion. Display of old age Dhol ,tabla, charkha etc gives a festive feelings. The dishes are authentic Indian Punjabi both in quality n quantity. Service with smile adds to happiness. I recommend this place to all punjabi food lovers

Was not impressed with this restaurant. The staff were slow and borderline rude. They gave the impression of wanting to be anywhere but their job. On top of this there was no vegetarian options on the menu so my friend had to have a plate of chips and some bread. Overpriced for the quality of the food. Will not be returning.

This restaurant has been around for a while and has had a remarkable development. Pizza used to be good but is now fantastic! Think they have changed the flour? Try pizza Diavola. Pasta also very good, the chef knows his business.
Used to have strangely unprofessional staff, but that has also improved much!
Strong recommendation from me.

Very average cafe with a nice view. Hot chocolate is from a DIY powdered chocolate machine. 'Fresh' juices are actually just bottled juice same as you get from the supermarket. The cake selection looks nice, but I feel the cafe is relying on the location as a selling point, and the service and refreshment options are the cheapest/easiest they can get away with.
If an Espresso House opens nearby then they would very soon be out of business.

This cafe is a little more than a cafe (such as the neighboring Kaffebrenneriet), with nice dining tables. The inside is quite the interior mag, featuring regular tables as well as more intimate couches and low tables. People come here for the coffee but usually stay for the lunch. The warm sandwiches (which are much more than just sandwhiches) are quite the lunch. They also have other dishes, that are somewhat refreshed every so often.
Very friendly staff, who even bring your order to your table if you are seated outside (across the road).
They also have a couple of children's dishes (go for the pizza!).

I had dinner here a few days ago. The restaurant is very pleasant, spotlessly clean, with modern, stylish, decor. The service was swift and kind, and the food very good. There were not many people there. I had the braissed duck, which came with separate sauce, and it all tasted very good. Altogether good value for money. Would I come back? Yes

Bambus Sushi lies in the middle of Asker Town, and is stylish and cozy. In the summer time they easily more than double their capacity by offering shaded outdoor Seating.
Whether with or without kids, the service is always friendly and the staff is eager to explain items in the menu.
While the house wine by the glass might be a bit expensive, I would recommend buying a whole bottle of a drier wine to go with fish. If you share it will be less expensive than by the glass anyway.
They have quite decent sushi and sashimi - compose your own menu from the list of sushi and sashimi, or go for one of the combos. They also offer many other dishes, including a variety of noodles.
It is a nice place to visit, and fortunately they also have take-away.

Big and spacious, with a kids corner and a kids menu, friendly staff, good selection of foods and drinks. All kids get a balloon :-)
