Old Heritage Hotel At Mount Abu
I was a regular visitor to Jaipur palace, the view is specially good. But the service is really bad, They make you feel that they are doing a favor to you for providing food.
over the period their service have been gone from ok to Really bad.
last time i went, they served me papad in 25 minutes, when asked about food they said will take 20-25 minutes more, in a very rude manner, like we have done some mistake going there. I quickly cancelled the order and went to Mulberry restaurant in Hotel Hitone.
explanation at the end was given that it was delayed due to rush, while only 2 tables were Occupied.
not going there again.
we pay to get a good service and not get the food in an Hour.

We were 5 friends visiting Mt Abu on a hunt trying to find a specific location from an old photograph. We happened into Shikibo for the coffee and met Vik the owner/manager. Really friendly, heartful guy. Went out of his way to help us on our search, introduced us to many interesting facts about Mt Abu. He is able to put you in contact with trekking guide. Good coffee. Pleasant, quiet to hang out.

Restaurant Hollywood Bollywood is a moderate Indian restaurant. It serves Indian dishes but not spicy enough. The atmosphere is ok and the staff is friendly. The sequence of serving the plates is a bit peculiar. The main course can be served followed by the starter or sometimes starter an main course all together. That's pity and unnecessary. After attending the waiter to this only a grin as result.

I'm here at the Chacha Inn for two days and already have two bad experiences.
1) least trained and immature staff. Full of mistakes in taking orders.
2) Staff is at times rude like. Don't know how to talk to the customers.
They have good place but people. I've come here for the first time and probably will never again.
