Our experience started with an excellent briefing by Prakash where he explained the safety features of the kayak, life jackets, cleanliness of the river. He told us about the flora and fauna we would see along the river and then taught us the basics of kayaking. The Sal river backwaters are ideal for beginners like us, the water was very placid and easy to kayak in. Our guide, Ravi had a knack for spotting birds and critters that we may have missed- he pointed out monitor lizards and birds resting in the trees. We saw beautiful white and pink lotus, mangroves, mango trees, orange-breasted kingfishers, pied kingfishers, white and grey herons, cormorants, moorhens, eagles, beautiful Brahmini kites, ducks, colourful bee-eaters, monitor lizards and a family of otters that got surprisingly close to us.
All in all, a highly recommendable half day activity.

Bogmalo beach is small but glorious. It had the right mix of local and touristy vibes - people playing cricket, fishermen untangling their nets and beach shacks that serve delicious food. Just sink your toes into the sand and enjoy a quiet sunset or head to the beach bars for a night of karaoke. Perfectly gentle waves for little ones to wade and splash about.

It was really an awesome experience for me and my friends. Completed the first step of my underwater life truly amazing experience, I am really thankful to GARY and his team for their great support during the hickups. Intially i was unable to take things but thanks to gary and crew who has supprted all the way and making me comfortable. What made me so excited was their care during the time of diving. For that I should really thank Joy and Jhony for their friendly approach in teaching me the skills and taking through all diving, which was truly amazing.
A must try for everyone who loves to do scuba diving..
You guys rock.

u may experience shells in the sand of this beach if u visit in summers. this is a local popular beach with one nice friendly shack and a food cart outside. i go almost every weeekend here for a walk. it has a beautiful Seating area and the beach is clean. you may experience better Beaches in goa. do wear footwear on this beach. the shack lady is very friendly and has all the amenities. please avoid if you are a dirty person who likes to throw garbage around.

While driving down from North to South Goa, stop on the bridge to get a panoramic view of the river Zuari. Geo-morphologically speaking, as it is true with any river, this is the last stage before a river meets the sea and therefore, it is laden with silt giving it a yellowish hue. This yellow tone and the lush and shinny greeneries on the banks give a look as if a Kanjibharam saree has been spread for display, tiny boats being the boties.

We were two couples and we like to visit places like churches, temples, gurudwaras and mosques (where allowed). Hence our review may be biased a bit.
We loved this place as its beautifully built and maintained. Its peaceful inside and especially on a sunday morning the place comes to life. Although i would not categories it as a must visit however if one visits then its worth it.

A small garden on top of a hill, from there the Beach is 10 minutes downwards. Outnumbered people only my family and couple of members were there in the garden. I enjoyed with my kids in the beach it was very clean and rocky. Nice place to take more photos and green. I reached Goa Airport at 8, I wanted to spent sometime until I reach my Hotel check-in(12 pm), I have spent around 1 hr here in the Garden & Beach its worth. You have parking and rest rooms available.

The Vasco Muncipal market is basically a market for locals who do their vegetable shopping. There is also a fish market where if one goes in the evening you can purchase fresh fish. We had been here to buy fruits which you get cheaper than other roadside stalls. Overall a decent market if one goes there specifically to buy something, otherwise not recommended to spend time here.

A place from you can view infinity, land and sky meeting point is also visible.
A very nice cool and calm place. This place is a ghostly place or you can say no one you will see here after 6 pm, because of the location, very far from city, no public transport is available from here.
Go there click as many as pics you can.

Had the opportunity to spend a lovely afternoon with my family in this not so famous beach eating bhel puri. One should definitely consider to visit this beach if they need to kill considerable amount of time in the goa airport. Just 20 mins drive to the airport makes more sense to spend time here than the airport. Also there is a divine Lord Hanuman temple attached to the beach. Worth seeking his blessing. The winds and serenity of this beach was no less than any world class beach. Was quite surprising to see no people playing in the beach.
