Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is Scotland's most visited free attraction. With 22 themed, state-of-the-art galleries displaying an astonishing 8000 objects, the collections are extensive, wide-ranging and internationally-significant.
Great way to spend an afternoon.
Went primarily for two things.
1. Charles Rennie Mackintosh exhibition, this was very good.
2. Crucifixion of Christ. This was on lone. Disappointing :-(
Nice café with great table service.
Good fun free day out. The CRM exhibition was £7 entry but that is a small price to pay for a great museum/gallery that is all free.
Highly recommend.

A really well planned trip by the profesional guide. A schedule was presented at the beginning of the trip.
John was fully prepared for any circumstances ( water, water proof clothes, cookies, etc)
He was very nice and caring, he had big knowledge of the history of Scotland, patiently answered milions of our guestions. Even though the wether
was rainy and unpleasant ( typically scottish) the time passed quickly.
On the whole the trip was really successful and we can recommend it to everybody.
If you are not prepared for the trip John always is.

I booked what is called a "Taster Session" where you spend just an hour with different birds. And what an amazing hour that was. Graeme is full of knowledge about the birds, and he was sharing it with us during that hour. Besides getting the information about each bird, we also had a hands-on experience handling them, and that was totally amazing. Too bad we had only an hour in our schedule that we could allocate for this experience. I think if you can book a day or half-day, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful 7 day/6 night tour into north highlands, isle of Skye, Castles, scotch tasting, shopping, best restaurants and bed-n-breakfasts. Our tour guide was George and absolutely made our trip spectacular. Poor guy had to contend with 6 women over 60 and all our luggage. I would recommend this tour group highly. The office staff was very helpful with all my questions before we even stepped into the country.

An interactive Falconry company, which champions raptor conservation through education and engagement, utilising the power, beauty and grace of birds of prey, providing the following: Hawk Walks; Hawk Walks +; Falconry Experiences; Flying and Static Displays; Educational Talks; Hawking; Photographic Workshops and Courses. Set in the ruggedly, beautiful Argyll countryside.
Myself and my partner who has a keen interest in falconry went to the falconry display late September 2017. On this occasion we were the only two people there (luckily for us!) and this resulted in a great one to one experience for us. Paul showed great knowledge and passion for his birds of prey and was able to share his wealth of 40 years experience of his birds with us. Our favourite was Stanley the owl but all his birds were amazing and it was amazing to see the bond Phil has with them. Our was a truly interactive experience as we were very close up with the birds and were even able to have a few land on us. We will definitely return and would do a longer hawk walk/falconry experience next time to learn more about this wonderful pastime.

Pucks Glen is an extraordinary location. You can easily miss the entrance if you are driving a wee bit too fast! So slow down and benefit from the experience that awaits.
There are a series of graded walks that allow you (and your dog) to climb through 'fairy' grottos, gorges and along woodland tracks. All can literally take your breath away with their beauty. Even if the weather is a bit less than sunny the walks are inspiring. The majesty and enormity of the trees will live with you long after you have left this wonderful part of Argyll. Look out for the red squirrels, I used to see them regularly but havent for a while, listen for the call of the various birds of prey and watch the deer, now they are there but sometimes they can be illusive. Afterwards head out to Sheila's Diner or Benmore for a bowl of soup.

The only 5 star centre in Scotland for Quad Biking, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Archery, as rated by Visit Scotland.
I am writing this review based on feedback provided by recent guests staying at my holiday rental apartment, who booked a Quadmania experience during their stay, after seeing a leaflet in my information folder. It was a father and his 13 year old daughter who attended, and they were absolutely thrilled by their time spent out on the quad bikes. All aspects of bike familiarisation/operation and personal safety were covered in detail by extremely friendly staff, ensuring all participants were comfortable and confident, before leaving on their 90 minute trek though stunning scenery. My guests advised they would certainly have no hesitation in recommending the experience to others, whether they were novice or experienced drivers.

Glen Etive has been used as the backdrop to many movies, among them Braveheart and Skyfall –and its easy to see why. We took the detour off the A82 towards Buachaille Etive Mor and drove all the way down the single track road to the head of Loch Etive. In the first section, the River Etive flows alongside the road follows a cascading course with numerous pools and Waterfalls – we saw a number of canoes out that day. The latter part goes through forest (extensive felling taking place, sadly).
The scenery is rugged, wild and staggering – it’s a pity the road condition isn’t very good (especially beyond Dalness). Because there are (very) few places to pull over and stop, and especially due to the continually changing weather and light conditions, it’s often hard to capture the magic on camera – so just enjoy the experience (very distracting for me as the driver!) as it unravels before you. We also enjoyed our sighting of a red deer on our return via the same route.

I've visited Argyll Adventure for lessons and trail rides numerous times. Very well run facility situated on Loch Fyne with stunning scenery. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The main thing I like--other than the riding which is always fun--is that they seem to take very good care of their horses. Also, safety is a top priority.
