Puerto de Mogan is a picturesque resort and fishing village on the southwest coast of the island of Gran Canaria. The canals and bridges of its seawater inlet have earned it the nickname "Little Venice." Along the marina, you'll find an assortment of restaurants and bars, while the old town area is full of quaint, Mediterranean homes and cottages climbing up the hillside. Puerto de Mogan is a major stop for ocean yachts traveling from the Atlantic to the Caribbean. In case, like, you have a yacht and want to take it to the Caribbean.

Daily sailing trips- 5 hours sailing trip- max 10 persons- snorkelling - lunch, soft drinks, wine and beer included. We invite you to join us on our yacht New Karolka, for a wonderful voyage on the atlantic ocean. Excursions start at 9.30 am from Puerto de Mogan and head out across the crystal clear beautiful blue waters to the south west of Gran Canaria. We invite you to become one of the crew, hoist the sails and helm the boat, or, if you prefer, just sit back and enjoy the scenery. Either way you will have the opportunity to experience the freedom, tranquillity and peace of mind, that can only be found on the open ocean. Dolphins and flying fish often accompany us on the trip and if we are lucky sometimes whales too. We will stop for lunch, weighing anchor, in a wonderfully picturesque and secluded little bay. Here you may take the opportunity to simply soak up the sun, but if you wish to be a little adventurous, the bay offers great snorkelling and a deserted and wild beach. After lunch we begin our sail back to Puerto de Mogan, arriving around 3 pm. During the voyage we offer lunch on board, soft drinks, wine and beer. Don't forget to bring a smile and we'll do the rest! WE SPEAK ENGLISH, POLISH, SPANISH
What a fabulous trip! Perfectly hosted by Marek & Dagmara everyone was made to feel welcome. We shared our experience with a group from Poland and discovered our hosts were multilingual switching with ease from Spanish to Polish to English thereby ensuring everyone was included in conversations. Our hosts were passionate about sailing, knowledgeable about the island and happy to share experiences from various trips they themselves have taken. Food and drink were good and included in the price as was the use of snorkelling equipment. Unfortunately, we picked a day when there was very little wind so didn’t get the full sailing experience, but the voyage was still an entertaining and relaxing way to spend a few hours. All in all a superb trip which we would highly recommend and will repeat should we return to Gran Canaria.

8 h trip with a gay sailing yacht around south of Gran Canaria, with homemade spanish lunch and quality drinks all day. Maximum 8 guys on board in a new yacht.
What an amazing day on the ocean! Juan is an excellent host. The tapas was delicious, food and drinks were plentiful, beautiful views on and off the yacht, the lunch was just as delicious as the early day tapas. All of the positive reviews here are totally accurate. The day was so relaxing, with plenty of swim time, beach time, and sunning on the deck time.

Boat trip with Dolphin and Whalewatching. Swimstop in beautiful bay .Free snorkeling and bananaboat.Bbq and all drinks included. Free transfer from hotel.
We went on the morning trip... lovely boat and a good host. 13 people on the trip and enough space to sit... drinks and food included... you can help yourself to soft drinks, beer and Tinto verrano. Food they do chicken kebabs, salad bread and cheese. They don't cater for vegetarians when we asked they said it was the tuna salad bread and cheese... there isn't a huge amount of tuna in the salad but it's not ideal it would be hard to pick out. Salad was nice as was the bread and cheese. We saw an amazing amount of dolphins and then we moored up in a bag and had the option to swim or snorkel there were flats and woggles. Lots of fun if you wanted to do the banana boat it was included and you could pay extra for paragliding as well.
Definitely recommend this trip it was great... be even better if they did a veggie meal

Gran Canaria Divers is a modern diving center, located in Puerto de Mogan, on the island of Gran Canaria. Also known as Venice of the Canary Islands, Mogan offers great diving all year around. Our house reef is very popular with many dive centers on the island and offers some of the best diving around. Right in front of our dive center, we have barracudas, angel sharks, eagle and sting rays, tunas and schools of smaller fishes. We have brand new Aqua Lung & Mares professional diving center equipment. We know how important it is to have equipment you can trust, so we went for the best. Our staff is all high PADI ranking, very experienced and friendly. If you choose to do your PADI course with us, we will make sure you come out the best diver you can be. With safety and fun in mind, our courses are done individually or in very small groups and we do training dives on our beautiful house reef, right in front of our diving center. On a daily basis we have 2-3 guided shore, boat, cave or night dives. We also dive the natural reserve El Cabron and the north shore of the island... So see you soon in the blue :)
I dived with this Gran Canaria Divers in March of this year, and I was so impressed at the time that this trip I booked three days of diving. It was fantastic! Very competent staff, who are good fun too, good equipment. The school is small enough to feel really personal and the staff and especially Patrick took really good care of me and of my safety.
I did three dives on the house reef, and strange as it may sound, they were my favourite ones! We saw an angel shark, octopus, cuttle fish, baracuda and all the usual suspects. The reef really is full of life. The night dive on the house reef was splendid, thanks Gran Canaria Divers, I will be back!

Having been before in 2012 we decided to hop on a 25 min bus ride form Melonares to Mogan for a re visit!
Plenty of things to see and do! We walked along the beach front and the harbour. It’s stunning with a nice balance of shops and restaurants.
Well worth taking towels and having a few hours on the beach, market days are good on a Friday

Found this by mistake but so glad I did. It's a reasonably tough climb but nothing anyone with decent fitness won't manage. The beauty of the ascent is that you have to walk up the windy steps through tiny Spanish alleyways and you really get the feeling you're in a little Spanish town. It's very quaint.
At the top the view is spectacular (see photo) - you can see right over the port and the town and on a good day quite far into the distance. You can perch up here and take in some Sunshine too.
If you're able then this is a must see.

Una excitante excursión en la que el fondo marino le descubre sus secretos. Un emocionante viaje al fondo del mar partiendo de Puerto de Mogán, a bordo de un auténtico submarino.
My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed the experience, we were collected from our hotel and taken back afterwards. The submarine was clean and tidy, and the staff were helpful and friendly, while we were there we saw young children captivated by what they saw....MoreWe are pleased to know that we fufill all your expectations.
