Swimming through this cave to a hidden beach is a wonderful experience! The beach is small but it is quite an experience getting to it! Unfortunately there is usually too many people doing it at once. I recommend doing this tour, but staying on one of the near by Islands and going super early in the morning, so you can fully take advantage of the caves beauty!

The garden offers free admission. Enjoyed a relaxed hour walking the 3 km route through the forest and the swamp. Canopy-walk towers are in need of some care, but it was nice to view the forest from up high. I have visited many botanical Gardens in many Asian countries, some of which are the highlight of my trip, but this garden was really more of an arboretum than a botanical garden. Still an enjoyable way to pass a few hours while awaiting your trip to the Islands. Tip - you can self tour, rent a scooter for 200 B and drive yourself. The highway is not so busy and not dangerous, plenty wide for all traffic.

This beach has some stunning views of of the Islands just off shore. It is quiet and relaxing. There were also a number of interesting shells lying on the beach. Water temperature was quite comfortable.

Veachfront Villa was perfect. Room had enough space and bathroom was also big. SPA offers great massages and they are really good !
Food was also very good and beach is very nice. White sand and very clean.
There's a small Village close by with some shops and a few restaurants.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.

As with most places on the Thai Islands, on first entering it seems like a little beach hut turned bar, however, venture in, sit down, buy a drink and get talking to the owner and his wife. Infectious smiles, knowledgable conversations and great hospitality.
We have since left our big party days behind us, so now we look for places with great staff and a good story. Ting Tong has that in abundance. For those of you looking for a bar to dance the night away in, it has that too. It is pretty much the only place with life after dark, however, it doesn't fee complacent.
If you are on Koh Muk and you fancy a good, fun night away from a hotel bar, you must pay Ting Tong a visit, you won't regret it

Portions double the size of on the Islands but half the price! Amazing big plate of sushi for 70 baht. Pick your own. Huge glasses of drinks tasting very authentically fruity. If you dont understand what's the filling of the pastries just Try and See!

This is a nice beach with nice sand (just like Yong Ling Beach further up the coast), unlike many of the other Beaches on the Trang coastline which are littered with sea shells making it hard to walk. There's no restaurant but there are a couple of food stands selling some eats. The beach is easily accesible by car/scooter and is just around the corner from the Hat Yao Pier where you can catch a ferry or long tail boats to the island - making this a nice place to relax while you wait for the ferry service to Koh Mook which only runs at midday. There's also rather nice accommodation for 1000 Baht per nigh (some of the nicest accommodation we've seen in Thailand for this price and location).

TRANG SCUBA DIVING Many years ago, lying on a beach under the coconut trees, we imagined a small, friendly dive operation on a relaxed tropical island which focused on providing the best possible diving experience to our guests. We imagined building a small, passionate team that loved working together and which would include some of the most experienced, knowledgeable and professional dive instructors, dive masters and boat crews on the island. Located on Koh Mook Sivalai Resort and Koh Kradan Sevenseas Resort, Trang Scuba Diving is exactly what we imagined it would be. We do our very best to provide a friendly, professional, safe and fun dive experience and we love to share this with others. We know that you work hard and that your well earned holiday time is very valuable, which is why we know that once you arrive on the island, our job is to help you relax, enjoy the diving and have a great time here on Koh Mook.
3 fabulous dives at Koh Ha. Excellent equipment, dive briefing and professional leadership. Nice small boat and very friendly. Lots of good e mail communication beforehand ensured we had an incredible experience. Non diver in our family cared for above and beyond (dropped off for...MoreThank you verymuch. We are really happy that's you guys have a great time to diving with us. Hope you will be back again.

The beach is surely beautiful to look at and offers much space to lay down and to swim. You can perfectly spend one ore two days here.
I didn't like the fact, that the atmosphere there is so much influenced (not to say tainted) by the resort and the restaurant. That's actually a shame. At first sight, the beach seems to be a private one for the resort's guests only. But it is accessible for all of Koh Mook's visitors, of course.
I prefered to spend my time at the beach near the pier, where there's more local people and where the atmosphere seems to be more authentical.
