Artisanal Soap Factory since 2005! We are a leader in Quebec's natural skin care lines of products. Our soaps with legends characters are celebrating Quebec's history moments.
We were on vacation and happened to be staying just down the road from this shop. I am a small business owner so I always try to support other small businesses when I am traveling. I stopped in with my friend and my daughter the night before we left. The decor in this shop gives it a fun vibe and the products all have really artistic and creative labels. I ended up buying some gifts for family back home, as well as a few things for myself. I love all the products, and I especially love that they are natural and not too heavily scented.

This mountain has a great lodge, restaurant, and bar area. However, there isn’t much space where you can eat a homemade lunch. The slopes are good, many of them weren’t open when we were there though. The greens I found a little more challenging than usual, but there were enough runs to keep us occupied. The gondola line can get long because it is mixed in with a regular chairlift.

The Bolton Falls Spa is undoubtedly the most beautiful natural site for a spa in Quebec. Located at the foot of the falls of the Missisquoi River, you'll find the perfect harmony between nature, body and spirit. Be swept away by the symphony of water falls, take advantage of the tranquility and enjoy a massage along the river available all year round. Take the time to stop for a few hours in order to relax and regain your energy by enjoying nature and the polar bath : the nordic bath at the foot of the falls, outdoor spas, finnish saunas, savusauna, eucalyptus steam bath and heated outdoor pool.
We visited Bolton Spa during their evening special. There is the initial rush at registration but the staff efficiently gets you all set up and we were ready to enjoy the baths in short order .
Bolton Spa, while smaller in comparison to some of the much bigger, more large traffic spas I have visited has nice layout and is enjoyable .The snack menu is reasonably priced .The staff are friendly, the facilities are clean and the prices are reasonable. Beautiful (small) Waterfalls, cozy yurts for relaxing by the fireplace on a beanbag or adirondack chair. The wet sauna with the eucalyptus was great and one of the 2 dry saunas has pine resin wafting in the air . Slap on a tuque and dip into the outdoor hot tubs as snowflakes drift down . There is a beautiful small river to admire and watch the water rush by
The only concern I had was in the locker room some of the younger girls are so attached to their phones and constantly taking pictures of themselves and not quite comprehending the inappropriateness of it .I think the staff need to inform clients aabout nonusage of cameras in such spaces who might have never been to spas before . These things will correct itself out I'm certain . Otherwise an enjoyable spa to visit in the Magog area

Definitely worth a visit when you are in the area. Disappointed that there were no English tours available when were there but walked through on our own. The sanctuary was so quiet that you could hear a pin drop. So peaceful and tranquil. Enjoyed walking through the store where they had an incredible selection of cheeses and other delectable items. Ended up buying a couple of cheese gift packs. Tried the fontina cheese as soon as we got back. Absolutely delicious - smooth creamy with a delicate flavor. Can't wait to try the other ones!

Canada's unique geological gem, Mine Cristal was founded in 1989 by Gaudry and Pauline Normand. Vocations are mining, tourist, educational, cultural and artisanal. They wish to protect their beautiful site as a crystal sanctuary, to raise awareness about the mineralogical life of quartz crystals and to make their sparkling crystals accessible to visitors. Extracted by hand in a 300-year-old massive white quartz vein located in Bonsecours, Quebec, Canada, their pure quartz crystals are considered to be among the most beautiful in the world. You can participate in guided mine tours, attend crystal instrument Concerts and take specialized courses (June through September, see our website for hours). There is also a store with thousands of items related to rocks and minerals, and a museum. The crystal artisans work in the shop in the back, creating and making by hand unique musical instruments and other creations, using pure quartz crystal!
Concert with these cristal instruments was very awsome. It is good for relaxation, good for mental and good for recovery after endurance sport and any other activities. The site is in the Appalachian mountain. The animation before and after the concert is excellent.Thank you for your comments, we are happy to hear that you found the Crystal Instrument Concert relaxing and soothing for the mind, and that you liked the presentation before and demonstration after the concert. Hope you will come again next summer!

Having visited other spas in the area, I find this is a higher end establishment. Judging by the parking lot that looked rather full, you never feel crowded once inside. Numerous public areas to sit and relax. Sufficient number of massage rooms to handle the load. This place flows well, very relaxing. Everything is impeccably clean and well maintained. Courteous, professional level service everywhere.

There are several short paths winding through the wooded areas and marches. There are some information plaques and activities proposed for kids (only in French, I believe). There are sections of boardwalks. When we visited, high water levels made several of these inaccessible. It's a really nice, generally well-maintained outdoor area. There are several picnic areas. A good multi-generational outing in all seasons.

Centre attracts young international musicians to their Master classes. Then you have the opportunity to see some of these students perform for free. A few years back I took my boys to see these Concerts while vacationing in the area (good role models and initiation to classical).
Refer to schedule on website or call for these Concerts or take in some of the regular programming well worth the price!
Classical lovers enjoy the high caliber of these Performances.

My boyfriend , his 17 year old son and I , booked a tree top time for 1 pm on Monday , August 22 . My boyfriend has completed one adventure like this at a place that just closed. it was my first time and his son's first time in that adult section> It was fabulous. The instructors took time to demonstrate the use of pulleys, carbinas (sp?) , and were patient and calm as we all went thru the initiation.
The challenges , games , were exciting .. however we felt the first course had more difficult challenges than levels 2 , 3 .. further, no one was available to demonstrate how to navigate a game (as they called them)
I am confident enough to ask for direction, yet being high in the trees it was difficult to get the attention of the two instructors who followed us throughout the course (on land) .
The zip lines were extremely exciting and long !
We would highly recommend this experience and location ! Well done Arbre Aventure .. thank you , we will likely come back !
