The place is OK for breakfast, though. Just don't expect anything with fruits or yoghurt. Eggs and bacon is more like it. Coffee is also OK. Breakfast prices are decent.
For anything else, go to the grocery store and buy anything for a much better value (and probably better taste, too).

On a lonely Wednesday evening (-25 degres) this place is fully packed! This restaurant is located in what seems a older house. Apparently, parking is a little challenging but we walked from our b&b. It's very cozy and rustic. No luxurious feeling. Interesting variety of...MoreThank you!

Restaurant Pinocchio offers French bistro inspired dishes in a warm and inviting atmosphere.A pleasant destination for both its chic and friendly decor as well as the restaurant's beautiful Terrace where it feels good to spend time on sunny days. With favorites such as crème brulée, chocolate mi-cuit and cheesecake, it's nearly impossible not to succumb to dessert. And, of course, be ready to discover the meaning of exquisite wine-food pairings with our carefully assembled wine list.Looking forward having you as guests,Restaurant Pinocchio's team
Nice decor and great, attentive service. The menu broadcasts a better experience than what is actually delivered though. Oyster platter appetizer was as expected, so far, so good. Calamari appetizer had an odd pasty texture to it (fresh and cooked right, they should have this firm yet tender texture, and cooked too much ends up with a harder, rubbery texture. Could not quite place what happened to these). My daughter loved the salmon carpaccio, where I found the beef carpaccio, requested spicy, rather bland. An uneven Delivery for what we tasted. Prices are in line with similar establishments.

Nice summer patio setting overlooking the Marina on the Magog River. Light lunch on two appetizer choices a "taco", empenadas like- stuffed with chicken, cheese and beef, one each, topped with lettuce, tomato and Mexican cheese, (curds). The soup was also first-rate, a purée of beans, with sour cream, (cream of frijoles, I would call it.). Full menu available and bar.

The Bistro 4 saisons, located in the Espace 4 seasons hotel, offers refined and unique European-style dishes with the best of Quebec products. The restaurant is accessible to all. It is not reserved for hotel guests.
We felt very well looked after from the moment we arrived at the Bistro 4 Saisons. Things only got better once the food arrived. The starters of grilled scallops (with strawberries -
great combination) and beetroot soup of the day were delicious, but they were topped by the venison and the scallop and shrimp risotto mains. Everything was beautifully presented and cooked perfectly. The venison was pink but succulent and oozing flavour.
The total including drinks came to about 70 CAD per head - well worth it for the service, the dishes and the overall experience.

This is an authentic, adorable place for a bite, however they no longer have a breakfast menu. If you are looking for a quick bite and excellent bagels with kind staff, this is excellent.
We went here hoping for eggs, fruit etc. and were disappointed to learn we couldn't get a full breakfast, but instead had bagels, cream cheese and beautiful lattes. On one side of the store you can watch the bagels being made and can buy them in bulk. The owners, who were gracious and lovely, will cut your bagels and toast them so you can sit down and enjoy at one of the tables indoors or on the pretty deck under an umbrella.
The cream cheese is Philadelphia cream cheese. You buy the tub of your choice and dress your own bagel which is a little different, but works. The donuts are awesome!

The breakfast menu, good until 2pm gives a good selection from which to choose. The cook's surprise added to our choices with small fresh fruit salads and mini smoothies. These were free! All our food was good, tasty and presented with style. An excellent family...MoreThank you very much! We hope to see you soon!

Travelling in the Estrie region on our way to Manoir Hovey, I talked my husband into heading to Eastman. After our experience here, he still can't thank me enough. What a fantastic prelude to our visit to the Manoir. Here you will feel welcome with the bilingual staff. The place was charming from the sign framed with silverware out front, to serving the water in a special bottle that capped, to the lovely Terrace outside surrounded by amazing Gardens and a river view. There were also toys in the garden to entertain while waiting briefly for lunch.
We had the special of the day, that included a wonderfully refreshing cold cucumber soup, converting my husband who has not enjoyed them prior. He was intrigued to try to figure out the many flavours that danced on his tongue. The egg salad Sandwich melted in your mouth like a melody. The salad had cute, carrot curls, resting on top of a beautiful selection of lettuces, greens and almonds. The homemade dressing was light and left you longing for more greens. The portions were indeed generous and held us over to a late dinner.
The ladies here are talented indeed and friendly.Obviously they love where they work and what they do, especially the chef. The atmosphere was lovely. For dessert a chocolate mousse with raspberries and warm coffee were enjoyed. The freshness of local ingredients was evident. You must not miss this place while travelling in the Eastern townships.

French patissier with some sandwiches, excellent espresso, cappachino, coffee, chocolates, About 3 minutes off Hwy 10 so a great place to stop for light snack.
