Welcome to Noop. We hope you feel at home here, because that is how we think of our restaurant. After all, we spend more time here than we do at our homes. Our beautiful heritage building breathes warmth and hospitality. We know many of our guests by name; some of them have become our friends. As for us, we were customers before we became owners. Noop was established in 2005, and we had an affinity for the restaurant when we took it over in 2012. It's still as popular with returning locals as it is with visiting tourists, and we've kept everything people love about it while also making it our own. There's plenty for you to choose from, and we're sure that you'll find something you like. The meals are all fresh and so is the inspiration on our specials board. If you have special requests, we'll try our best to accommodate them. Whatever you order, you can enjoy it knowing that we make the same kind of food here as we do at home. Unpretentious. Often spontaneous. Always delicicious.
We had an excellent meal at Noop. The food was delicious. The service and staff were good. We were given the Wine list to select from, unfortunately the prices were totally exorbitant. Not sure why the prices are so high! It would be better to bring your own wine and pay a corkage charge.

This spot has a well-deserved long-standing reputation. Expect to find consistent food (that ever-elusive ingredient to success) and friendly, efficient service thanks to the personal care of the owner, Olivier, and his family team.<br>This popular Paarl restaurant offers an intriguing mix of European-style dishes with the best that this area has to offer. The owners, Olivier and Delenia Jaeggi-Wright, he being Swiss and she of Italian descent, bring a European sensibility to a cuisine that is never precious, but concentrates on maximum flavour in generous portions - the kind of cooking that has made it a favourite with the locals for many years. Helping Olivier with the cooking is Thabo Nqadini, who has been at Terra Mare for 9 years, adding his very own African touch to the Swiss style of the house....
We booked months in advance and they damaged to lose the reservation. I took my confirmation email to make sure we got in. That aside we had a lovely evening it what must be a top restaurant in Paarl. The place was full but the ambience calm and relaxed. The serving staff are efficient and good natured. They were seen to take little problems in their stride and were always smiling.
We both had filet steak which was beautifully cooked. We noticed that many of the other diners were locals who were regulars which was a good sign. The prices were acceptable the evening was without doubt excellent value for money.
Lovely restaurant - highly recommended.

This restaurant was recommended otherwise we would never have visited it. It seems very much under the radar which is surprising as the estate is a third-generation wine farm.
We were the only people in there and so had great service.
Two of us had the fillet steak which was fantastic, probably the best of our trip. Very tender with an excellent pepper sauce. Good vegetables too.
Lovely views, good experience.....

Nederburg presents the restaurant, The Red Table, situated in its iconic manor house, a national monument. It has been passionately created in collaboration with well-known Cape Town foodie, Andrea Foulkes, and offers locally-sourced, fresh food in a comfortable and historic atmosphere. The accent is on tasty, simple but superb eating with flavours to match the award-winning range of Nederburg wines. Signature favourites include the duo of lamb, venison burger, fillet steak and pork belly. During the summer months, the restaurant spills out onto the Terrace and sprawling Gardens against the backdrop of vineyards and the towering Drakenstein Mountains. In the fragrant and lush Gardens surrounding the manor house, you'll find leisurely spots in the cool shade of the age-old trees you can enjoy fare created to complement Nederburg's delicious wines. With fireplaces ablaze during the winter months, the plush and comfortable interior of the manor house is the perfect setting for leisurely meals shared with family and friends when chilly outside.
It is very difficult to fault this restaurant this is my forth visit and it was just as impressive as the previous visits, service and food is faultless, the Chef even come to the table to check that everything is OK.
The menu is limited but I would say there is something for everyone, but I dont think you could go there on a regular basis, the wines are superb and reasonably priced it is 5 * for sure. One slightly disappointing minor matter is the salt and pepper grinders have obviously be refilled numerous times and labels are peeling off the bottles, given the attention to detail with everything else that is something they should fix.
Highly recommended worth a visit.

An Owner managed family bistro offering simple home cooked dishes to enjoy with wines, dishes include The Stones Burger, filled sandwhiches and vineyard platters. A winery restaurant with amazing views of the majestic Haweka Mountains, situated off the beaten track along a gravel road - a truly rural and homely dining experience. On the lower slopes of their estate, in Dunstone Winery Abbi & Lee offer a casual light bites menu to enjoy with wine tasting. The Stone Kitchen is Child-friendly offering kiddie snacks and a great indoor and outside play area.
Spent the evening here with friends. It's was a quiet evening in the restaurant which may have been a bonus. The menu was simple and yet would cater for most tastes. Good selection of wine. The beef fillet was lovely. A friend's said the Pork belly ribs were the best they have ever had.
The cheesecake was the only dessert and it was a little disappointing. Other than that I would go again.

Restaurant situated on a wine farm 3 km outside Northern Paarl. Laid-back atmosphere with stunning views of farm dam, farm animals and Mountains. Casual outside dining area under trees, inside area housed in old wine cellar with lots of character. Fire-place in winter.
My wife, myself and a few friends enjoyed an excellent wine tasting/pairing here last week.
Thereafter, we had lunch at the restaurant. Their main attraction is their pizza and pasta under the oaks. I have eaten here before and found the service and the food to be as good as ever.
