On the Twenty restaurant predates the Inn by a number of years and came into being to help contextualize Niagara wines with a regional cuisine - an easy task with the bounty of Niagara all around us for inspiration. Our goal: to make innovative dishes that complement our wines and leave guests wanting "more Niagara".Our dining rooms are intimate in size and overlook the Twenty Valley and a lush perennial garden. The vibrant golden walls are a backdrop to fine Ontario art. The mood is special, but still casual. Our staff love food and wine - to talk about it too: they are our ambassadors! We have a full bar and we serve both Cave Spring wines and those of Ontario wineries we are proud to call colleagues. A limited international list supplements our VQA offerings.
We stayed at the hotel inn on the twenty...In Jordan ontario..and booked a table for dinner..may I say with high expectations..they came they saw they conquered..one of the best meals we have had in thevlast couple of years...everything from bread to dessert was simply perfect execution of food done perfectly..a bottle of super Tuscan to accompany and voila..fantastic time.

Lake House Restaurant was originally built in 1867 by the Moyer family. Much of the natural charm of the house has been maintained with all of its original woodwork, exposed brick and three fireplaces still intact. A beautiful sunroom has been added onto the house, overlooking the lake. Join us from May to October on our spectacular patio where diners can experience a breathtaking view of the lake. Lake House can also accommodate groups from 10-60 people in a variety of private and semi-private settings.
My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal together at the Lake House Restaurant. We have been past this place on the highway dozens of times, but we had never stopped in until this visit. Upon arriving, we found the parking lot almost full, which...MoreWe appreciate your review and your feedback. We are very happy to know that your first experience at Lake House was worth the drive. We look forward to serving you on the patio very soon!

Being locals, we thought it was time to check out the patio view of this restaurant on a beautiful summer night and we were not disappointed! Very relaxing patio with great service from Michelle. I need GF options and she was very knowledgeable. We had the Groupon offer which gave us the nudge to try this restaurant but we would definitely be back for another patio meal. I really enjoyed the tossed salad, my husband enjoyed the Caesar. We had heard that the prime rib was very good here and that it was! Cooked exactly as we had ordered - good portion - always priced reasonably.

As one of Niagara's first winery restaurants and a forerunner of Niagara's flourishing wine and culinary scene, we offer cuisine featuring ingredients from local purveyors prepared by an internationally trained team of chefs led by Executive Chef Justin Downes. Guests dine indoors in the renovated 1845 farmhouse or outdoors under the new shade sails. Wherever you are seated, you will take in the views of rolling vineyards, the Forests of the Niagara Escarpment and Lake Ontario and Toronto in the distance. The Restaurant is open for Lunch and Dinner.
We had not dined at Vineland estates for almost 10 years, due to an uninteresting menu. We reviewed the menu before reserving an noticed more dishes that appealed to us. We had a pleasant meal, overlooking the vineyards. Service was good as was the food. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone travelling in the wine country of Niagara on the lake.

Featherstone Winery has a small tasting room with very helpful staff AND a lovely veranda where we had lunch overlooking the vineyards. So peaceful to sit there enjoying your food and wine.
Will definitely go back on my next trip there.
They do not server dinner.
I have forgotten our waitresses name but she was pregnant and very, very nice.

If you miss this place you will miss an amazing food experience. We were there with a big company, and we will definitely go back if we are visiting that area again. I had duck and it reminded me to my grandma`s kitchen. The staff was more than friendly. I can highly recommend this place. There are lovely shopping possibilities next to the restaurant.

Years ago, with talented chef 'Ned Bell' at its helm, owner of this winery fine-dining destination had the grandiose aspiration of transforming it into the 'French Laundry' of the Niagara wine region. Unfortunately, with only a short tenure, Chef Bell decided to depart for greener pastures on the west coast!
Although this sudden development was a devastating one, however, the owners managed to overcome the adversity and, through out all these years, managed to maintain this premise as one of the best winery dining destinations in the region.
With a fairly mild and partially sunny day, we decided to show our out-of-town guest a completely 'change-of-scenery' luncheon dining experience. Just like yesterday, when we have a whole empty cinema to ourselves. Today, we received a similar treatment by having the entire upper floor dining room of the restaurant all to ourselves as well! Unexpected Private Dining treatment! What a way to impress our guest! Ha!
Currently, under the guidance of Chef Matt Hemingson, Peninsula Ridge is offering some delightful French influence cuisine with a rustic touch, using mainly local and Canadian ingredients. Food was well executed with some interesting and delectable taste profile. Casing point, a flavorful, fork tender grass-fed beef brisket and Steamed Mussels with Lavender, fennel and Bee Pollen! Portions were surprisingly generous and IMO, extremely good value for money. Service was charming, efficient and friendly. As for the quaint decor and ambiance, the photos speak for itself!
BTW, of all the dishes savored, the star of the meal was an amazingly delicious ' Warm Local Pear Strudel with Forty Creek Whiskey ice cream and Chestnut cream '! Man! Was that goooood!!
Highly recommended for a wine country dining experience!
