We visited this restaurant on the first night of our trip and it was a fairly steep initiation in the Catalan charm! The food was fresh and of good quality and the house wine was delightful! The waiter was so friendly and tried hard with his limited English and our very limited Spanish! The hazelnut liqueur was out of this world!!
Tip: this is a popular spot, on a sat night there were queues out the door, go early before 7 or make a reservation

Italian Pizzeria, located in the center of Vilanova. We specialize in pizzas, pastas and homemade desserts. We only use the highest quality ingredients, natural, 100% cow mozzarella, extra virgin olive oil, ... We have a great variety of pizzas and pastas. Nice Terrace available from April to October. Come and try !!
Sundays in Vilanova are quiet and with most of our favourite destinations quite sensibly closed but after a "ganin on the hoy" for a long session including the newly opened Brewdog and a few other hostelries you just need a pizza and a young fresh red wine. If thats the case then find Nuraghe it has the best pizzas complimented by first class young wines, sensibly priced and excellent service. By recommendation of our good friends this is definitely an eatry at the top of our itenary. That is all!

Visited with family for dinner. Food is simple and full of flavour, perfectly seasoned. My lamb was slightly overcooked but it was not an issue for me. Chef cooks whatever the children want to eat. My 3 and 6 yr old asked for chicken and chips which they both enjoyed. Restaurant mindful of my 6yr old's nut and egg allergy. Presentation of mains was strange for me (jacket potato still wrapped in foil, onion served in its peel) but we all agreed we would eat here again.

We are staying in the hotel above the restaurant and have eaten in the restaurant twice now. Villanova is a great place for good quality restaurants serving fresh local products at very reasonable prices. That is apart from here. First meal was lunch and a paella for 2 which was lacking flavour and hardly any seafood but an elevated price in comparison to the competition. Tonight we went to celebrate a special day by eating the presented fresh seafood. We choose a really nice big piece of Tuna, razor clams and scallops. We asked how each would be cooked and the accompaniments, which we were told was boiled potatoes with the fish. Sat down and they served the bottle of white wine without chilling and no bucket of ice or chiller sleeve. The razor clams and scallops were nice but Luke warm if that and no bread to soak up the juices. We had to ask and were charged for both bread rolls, no other restaurants do this. The tuna was served cut into small pieces so didn't resemble the lovely large portion we had chosen. Nothing else served. We had to ask where were the potatoes and they turned up a good 5 minutes after we had eaten the fish... All 3 slices of boiled potato for 2 people! No apologies! Crap service, value for money and quantity. We talked to other people in the restaurant and they had similar poor levels of service and value for money. This is a real shame as the fish is excellent but you pay a premium and for that you should expect a minimum of value and service. By far the worst restaurant we have tried in Vilanova. Incredible when you consider we are staying in the hotel for 9 nights. I actually wanted to put a zero but that's unfair as the fish is fresh.

Infinit restaurant is located in an old industrial building modernist. It has classic cuisine. We have daily menu, menu weekend menus for groups and letter.
We have visited the Infinit Restaurant on several occasions and every aspect of our dining experience has always been excellent. I love the ambience created by the beautifully restored building with its spacious table settings. The menu is a delight the food is beautifully cooked and created with passion and skill, the only disappointment comes when you have drunk your coffee and realise that the meal has ended. The staff are wonderful they are attentive but serve you at the pace of your meal. Brilliant.

Genil is a restaurant of tapas opened in 1974 and located in Vilanova i la Geltrú. The restaurant has improved over the years (in fact, it has renovated at least 3 times) and now it is, for me, the best restaurant of tapas of the city. Here you can taste a lot fo tapas, the typical tapas (patatas bravas, galician octopus, croquettes, etc.) or new creations, which change every week. It is fantastic, because you can return to the restaurant and taste new tapas, which generally are very good. The best recommendation if you do not want to go to the Promenade near the sea in the city. Moreover, the staff is very friendly and always help if you need anything. I recommend you drink the home wine called "Sala" is great! (especially the red wine)

My husband and I dined here today, purely because the number 1 on Trip Advisor was booked out, and this one is quite close! It was fortuitous as the number 1 can't be better (well to be honest, we haven't been there) From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The friendly welcome, the attentive service were very special. What can I say about the food? If there could be a higher rating than 5 star, this restaurant would deserve it. I had the Dali Salad to start and it was so so delicious and so full of flavour. I wish I could get the menu on their website to name the other dishes we had but I can't. My husband had a pasta with Parmesan to start. My main course was a vegetarian with vegetable/cheese ravioli. It was delicious! Our desserts were equally delightful - mine a chocolate walnut cake and my husband's a creme brûlée. We had a lovely red wine recommended by the waiter. We also had sparkling water and finished with coffees. Overall our meal was the best since we arrived in Vilanova I la Geltru. We have actually booked this restaurant for our final dinner before going home! Thank you to the lovely waitress and waiter who looked after us so well, and communicated so well in spite of our language difficulties!! Best wishes to you all and we hope to come back again some day to this wonderful restaurant!

The food is great, almost the entire menu is worth trying,
Personally I recommend the lamb and the cod fish, besides all the paellas, which were all great.
The Deserts were mouth-watering,
Make a reservation if possible, sometimes it's fully packed.
Service is great, prices I'd say are correct for the quality of food they serve
