It seems to be the place to be in Tuttlingen, quite crowded in the weekends. Food is ok, drinks are ok; large collection of whisk(e)ys. But the typical Irish laid back atmosphere is misding. Therefore it is maybe too big and the crowd too 'local'.

Restaurant Waldeck is nicely located on the brink of the "Schwäbische Alp". There are some goats and rabbits nearby which children will like. There even is a playroom for younger and older kids in the basement of the restaurant.
The food is local and therefore hearty. My family liked their meats. I was rather disappointed with my cheese noodles which were quite tasteless.
Personell was friendly, but could have been quicker.

Being a muslim, it is very important for me to eat at restaurants which serve halal food. Given the abundance of turkish restaurants in Germany, which serve halaal food, the task became easy for me. Diyar kebap was just nearby to the hotel where i was putting up. i liked their doner kebaps and pizzas the most. Add to it, watch the world cup food while eating there.

Went here for dinner while in town on business. The service was fast and employees polite. The restaurant offers an English menu if needed. Overall the food was o-k. I notice the locals all enjoy the soups (after I finished my meal). The salad was great (standard). The fries were served in a much larger portion than feasible to eat. The schnitzel was burned, so I will say it was only ok. Next time I'll wait to see what the locals eat before I order

This bar is a small place on the side of the Danube River in Tuttlingen. On warm, sunny days it is a geart place to sit with friends and enjoy drinks and conversation. Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Make sure to stop by for a cold beer when you have the chance.

The restaurant is located upstairs in the building, with a small number of tables set in modern surroundings. There is a full bar and extensive wine list.
The dishes look great and taste good too. I had the carpaccio salad for starters, which was hard work with the strong parmesan taste overpowering the rest of the dish. The lamb main course however was very good, followed by an excellent dessert where the in house made ice cream was the star of the show.
It's a nice place and the staff are very attentive. It's not a cheap place to visit but not outrageous either. I'd definitely visit again.

Nice restaurant for a good Italian meal. A bit more upscale that many other Italian places in Tuttlingen, but the pizza was recommended by a friend here and it met all my expectations. Good place for a business dinner in town.

This is a typical German Schwäbisch restaurant. The menu changes from day to day with the local food availability. I enjoyed a nice Sunday lunch here while sitting on the patio. The staff was kind and the food was really delicious. I would have likely given it a 5-star rating if I could have read a menu of the selection for the day (to be informed and prevent food allergy flares). I do look forward to coming here again!

Great escape from the cold weather this week. Menu offered delicious local plates. Don't miss the local noodles . They taste lovely near the great meet. Definitely will come back next time in Tuttlingen.

We ordered the bbq platter and pork skewer for my child. Grilled meat was very good, tender and juicy. My child ate all the pork skewer by herself and she is very picky with food.
For the price, was worth it. The view was also very lovely. We went there in summer so we stayed on the Terrasse. The owner was very friendly. My child was crying when we arrived and she was very helpful trying to make her feel better.
Totally recommended!
