The Estonian national war museum was restored on 1 March 2001 under the official name of Laidoner Museum. The expositions in the museum provide an overview of the Estonian War of Independence and it is also possible to see the exhibition “Estonia and the Cold War” there. Through the text, picture, sound and video material you can see all the most important events of the Cold War. The Museum of Naissaar is located in Manniku village in the residence of a Soviet re-enlisted conscript and introduces the oldest and most immediate military history of the island. Here you can have an overview of the origin and development of sea fortresses, life on the island during the war and the Soviet period. All this is illustrated by shell fragments, details of weapons and photos. A large part of the exhibition is made up by attributes of the soldier of the Soviet Army and Soviet propaganda publications. Useful to know: Naissaar is the sixth largest island of Estonia, situated 12 km from Tallinn.

The Prangli Islands Museum showcases the lives of the fishing folk on Suur-Prangli and Vaike-Prangli (Aksi). The exhibition house on Vanani Farm has displays on the everyday lives of the people here, fishing nets and other maritime items as well as miscellaneous items from petroleum lamps to butter tubs. Mardi Farm showcases one particular structure - a fishing net shed.

Built: 2007The first and so far the only Lutheran church built in Estonia after World War Two (architects Martin Aunin and Erkki Ristoja). Situated on the shore, the church was consecrated on 25 July 2007 and was erected to honour the memory of those perished at sea and to serve local people. Bells Memento Mori and Memento Vivere cast in the Netherlands ring in the church tower.

The 3.5 km long trail is located by Randvere Road, Viimsi Rural Municipality, Harju County, and it runs along a forest path. It takes 1.5–2 hours to complete the trail. There are 9 points of interest on the trail. At the beginning of the trail there is a little car park and an information stand with a map and introductory text of the trail and there is a picnic site at the end of the trail. The trail ends just by Randvere Road and the beginning of the trail is just 800 metres from there.The trail runs in the forest and special focus is on the introduction of different tree species and forest management stages – what, how and when to do.

Built: the 20th century, 2008The Chapel of the Seafarers Centre at the Muuga Harbour was built 10 years ago. The newly renovated chapel now has a new limestone altar built on the seabed and weighing over two tons. There are also stained glass windows by Dolores Hoffmann and icons by Tiina Veisserik. The ceiling painting of the chapel depicts the starry sky.
