This is a well kept Promenade along the Volga river with a view to the old factories on the other side. The Promenade passes from a big factory in the north to the Cathedral in the south. There are some interesting new monements along the Promenade and a pleasant birch alley. Very good for running, no traffic or crossovers.

Museum is housed in old stock exchange building on the banks of the Volga in the center of the city. It is a beautiful building and contains an excellent, albeit somewhat limited art gallery. Other exhibits contain many examples of how the merchants and residents of Rybinsk lived at the turn of the 18-19th Century.

Very beautiful bridge where you can see the stunning view of the city.
Old, monumental construction, which already became one of the most famous sights of Rybinsk. It is hard to imagine someone can visit the city and miss the chance to enjoy the city centre where the bridge is.
Also, it is connected the central part with the suburb, where the old park is.

Transfiguration Cathedral was in a very bad shape before the fall of Soviet Union. It has now been restored but in a very austere way. It has a whitewashed, simple interior with a few interesting icons and some modern paintings. But is is full use a church, where the believers come and go all the time.

Monument presenting one of the terrible features of Russian history and its lack of wealth. Just the monument. You will take a photo and go further, The main problem is that the city is poor with tourist attractions

We first had to visit the museum by our own, but one employee kindly explained us many things about Mologa and showed us a short movie.

We crossed this huge monument when crusing the Volga river from Moscow to Saint Petersburg. You really see it from the distance, its nice but nothing to write home about it.
